I have noo clue what section to ask this in..

But I bought Uggs at the beginning of December and pretty much wore them everyday. They're now like DESTROYEDD from all the salt and winter harm.
I washed it occasionally throughout the months, but they've turned really like white and pale from the salt and detergent I used?

And now there's this really huge black scuff mark right on TOP of my uggs so its extremely noticeable and I have absolutely no clue how to get rid of it.

Any ideas how to restore the colour along with getting rid of that black mark? Confused

Here's what my boots look like now:

I have the UGG cleaner & spray, and I use that to clean it. I bought it off www.uggaustralia.com, but I don't know where they sell it in Canada. However, you can get similiar products at Ecco (about $20 per bottle), Aldo or Danier. You should get a suede cleaner/condtioner, and also a protective spray. You can also buy a suede brush, which you can use to brush the boots after you wash it, which helps maintain its softness. Mine are completely ruined too though, I have given up on cleaning them lol. My friend threw hers in the washing machine (even though on the tag it says NOT to), but hers turned out much cleaner when it came out, so I don't know how that worked out lol.
