how do you wear turtleneck like this

I don't know how to style it beside putting on a dangling necklace on. It's grey like that with baby blue on the bottom.

That's what I would would do, wear a long, substantial pendant necklace. Def. wear your hair up, too. As for bottoms, something really tailored, like darkwash trouser jeans. I have 2 turtlenecks, grey and black, and they fit superbly, but I've never worn them because I have no long necklaces, and without any they look way too plain. It's a same, really.
