The shorter hem looks great! And I agree with everyone else, I think it'd look best with metallic coloured accessories. I think a simple peep toe style, maybe with a bow would be super cute.

^I'm actually not sure if white would be the best colour to match the pink. But I think it just depends on your taste when you pair it together. BTW, I hope you'll be able to find that clutch! It's really cute!

^ I agree with treecow, I'm not a big fan of the white with the pale pink (at least not like pure white); but if you think they look good together definitely go for it because it's hard for me to visualize what particular shade of white and style of shoe you are looking for.

ok now that I have my dresses, I need accessories!
if anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated =)
(my dresses are on page 42)
for my orange one, since its a bit high-necked, I was thinking no necklace and gold chandalier earrings, and possibly a gold bracelet.
for my black one, I may wear diamond studs with matching necklace and bracelet.
I'm stuck on the gold dress though! please help!

^For the orange dress, I definitely agree with you that you should skip any necklaces. Since it has an asymmetrical neckline and ruffles around the neckline, I think a necklace would take away from the beauty of it. I think gold chandelier earrings would be really pretty like you suggested. I also think some bangles would look really nice with it..sort of bring out the exotic/ethnic vibe of the dress. Definitely check H&M for bangles, they currently have TONS in amazing styles and they only range in price from $5.90-$7.90. Try thicker bangles with studs/embellishments.

As for the gold dress, I think a very simple, classy necklace would look nice. Like a simple gold chain necklace. Once again, I think bangles would be nice with that dress but unlike the gold one, if you decide to wear bangles with the gold dress, wear plain simple thin bangles. Honestly though, I don't think any accessories are necessary for the gold dress. It looks amazing on its own, seriously.

And as for the black dress, pretty much anything goes. We all know a LBD is like a blank canvas, so you can pretty much wear anything with it. Earrings, necklaces, bangles/bracelets, etc.. I'm not going to say anything specific because it really depends on the occasion and the look you're going for. Plus, with that dress, options are endless and I could probably go on and on and on...

^^Orange Dress: I agree with you, you should not wear any necklaces. Gold chandelier would look perfect with the dress, along side some gold bangles or any type of gold bracelets.

Gold dress: I am not sure if I would wear any necklaces with this dress either. But, if you do I agree with Lil_PinkBunnie. You want something that is simple, so it doesn't take away from the dress. A simple silver chain that dangles into the v-cut of the dress would look great. As for bracelets, maybe just bangles or something, but I think bracelets are not necessary for this dress. A simple pair of studs would look great, perhaps pearls? You can never go wrong with pearl earrings.

Black Dress: For this one, you can basically choose any type of accessory you want. Silver tends to look awesome with black, so a silver necklace and silver earring would look fab. If you want to add color in this look, this is your oppurtunity, so go for any color you want. Pearls also look very cute with LBD's. Le Chateau has some cute pearl bracelets, with a little ribbon tie. I am sure whatever you decide for this dress will be fine.

^ Speaking of Le Chateau last time I went they had these beautiful large necklaces that looked like bent circles all attached together that could look amazing with a black dress. I don't know the neck line of your dress but those necklaces are so cute.

Lil_PinkBunnie: I like all three dresses! The first one might look nicer on maybe medium/darker skin tones though. The second one is very beachy and it would look really nice over a l/s during the colder days as well. I like how the third one's design is so simple but it doesn't really look boring because of the tiered skirt and the embellished details on the neckline. But for the third one, I find it a little weird that there's the blue cloth peeking out at the top where the embellishment ends but I'll probably think it's fine when I look at it again.

I really like all of those dresses but the third is my least favourite. I don't think I like the colour with the orange in the collar. But I love the second one so cute!

I tried them on today and they were really comfortable and fit really well. I'm looking for shoes for work and I think they'd be great to wear for 6ish hours. I've never owned a pair of the shiny leather shoes.
I'm also not sure if I want to spend $70 on them. But I guess it might be worth it if they're comfortable?

^those are okay but i'm not sure if you would be able to stand for 6 hours in them...however if you are looking for a cheaper alternative my friend got a similar pair from Sears (the brand Jessica) and she said it's really comfortable and i think it costs less than $30 but the heel might be slightly higher i'm not sure...

What do you think?
