I see. :o This makes me very saddened that I can't find it. It seems that the people in Aritzia don't even know what I'm talking about!
I'm thinking if I find it, I shall get gray because it's more neutral. But blue is so party. XD |

I found some stuff from Forever 21 and Nordstrom that I like but I can't get it because they either don't have it in Vancouver or it's too expensive. So I'll just post the pictures and maybe someone can tell me/show pictures&prices of stuff that looks similar.
I especially want the first two pieces of clothing on top. (yellow tanktop and brown short-sleeve zipup)
I reeeeally like the third dress but I would like it with straps. _________________ used to be 'sw33tlilhugz' on the old f18. (; |

thanks! |
Why don't you try Holts? They might even have those Dior ones. For me I love buying ties from flea markets. They are super cheap and there are tons to choose from. I was actually wondering where I could find a skinny tie as well so I'm glad you asked this question. |
I've seen the Dior ties at Holts, but $160 for a single tie is out of my budget. Thanks for the tip about the flea markets though.. but sadly the nearest one closed last year and became a Home Depot. I might try the vintage shops downtown.. hopefully they'll have something! _________________

Yeah, def try the vintage shops but actually thrift shops/charity shops are usually better. They're way cheaper. So go to those stores too! |

Aww that sucks that you couldn't find that dress from Aritzia. Maybe you should try a different location like the Eaton Centre one? Or call ahead of time to see if they have it.
And about the Jacob knit dress:
What kind of straps was it (like spaghetti or whatev) and do you remember the neckline (like scoop neck, v neck, etc..)
What colours did they have?
And how much was it?
And this was at Jacob Connexion right?
And if you like the Jacob one, maybe you could get it altered to fit you? Good luck
@treecow_: For the first yellow sweetheart top, you should check out Costa Blanca, Limite, and Le Chateau. I remember seeing some there. For the bronwn zipup hoodie, try Bluenotes and Stitches. And for the "Free Hugs" tee, try Urban Outfitters or you could get a custom made one at Bang On. And for the cropped cardi, definitely Urban Behavior and Costa Blanca have some.
For the 2nd black dress, Sirens has some similar ones except they're a bit shorter in length. They also come in different necklines .. I remember seeing a mockneck, but I think they had scoop neck too (like in your pic). _________________

I'll answer what I can because I was the one who recommended the store to her.
The knit dress came in grey, cream and dark brown at Jacob Connexion. Its sleeves stopped an inch or two above the elbow. It has a really deep-v, almost to your navel I think... Originally it was 59.99$ but was marked down to 39.99$ last time I went. This was back in mid-December. It also has two little pockets. |

^ Yes! That's the one that I saw. It was really adorable! But I can't fit their clothes. They don't seem to fit me well.
What should I say to the Aritzia people? Do I just explain the dress to them? |

| Yeah, call them and ask for if they had a spaghetti stap/racerback knit mini-dress by Talula in either grey or blue. They should be helpfull and know what they have in sore or atleast where to find it so they could check if they did. If they do, ask them to put your size on hold. I don't know if they're allowed to do that though, because it's sale merchandise. |

thanks for answering. i don't know if there is a Limite or an Urban Outfitters in Vancouver that I know of but I'll definitely try the other stores. _________________ used to be 'sw33tlilhugz' on the old f18. (; |

That's right.. it's on sale.
Even though I have bad experiences with asking salespeople on the phone, I'll try anyways. Thanks again for the tip!
I was just wondering, is it very thick? Cause I am also planning to wear it a lot in the summer/spring. I was thinking that a cabe-knit design would be more suitable. |

| ^ No it's definitely not too thick. The yarn, though it can hardly be called that because it's such a thin string, isn't fluffy at all, like yarn usually is. |

| No, I doubt you'd be too hot for it. My mom saw it and thought it was nice but then she saw how thinly knit it was and got really worried that I'd be cold and asked me what long sleeved shirt I was goind to wear under it. I was like ugh? Why would I do that? Until she explained what she meant. I told her I'd wear a coat and tights/leggings with it. |

I think I am more than interested. I'm obsessed. XD All I've been talking about is that "knit mini-dress" and how I want it so badly. But it seems that I can't find it, or anything that resembles it.
Do you think that any more knit dresses will be out for spring? I dunno if it's a fall/winter thing. DDD: |

| I'm not too sure about Vancouver, but if you have stores such as Below the Belt, Boathouse, or maybe Jean Machine... you could try looking there. Winners is good too, you can try finding some hats there. If you are lucky, you may find some. I've seen Billabong in most of these stores. :o |

^ Hey, Kensington is a pretty good idea. But you have to find good places to look.
Does anyone know where I can find anything silimar to these items of clothing?
This mini-dress/long shirt in monochormatic plaid?
Or something that resembles this necklace from Chanel? (I can't afford the real thing)
Plus, I'm still looking for a soft-knit minidress... |

| I haven't seen anything like the monochromatic plaid dress in sores but for the Chanel necklace, you could go to a bead shop like Sassy Bead Company on Younge Street and make it yourself because then you could make sure you got what you want. |

That sucks! I just went to Aritzia to check if they had their new stuff in today and they still had like 2 of the blue ones. I can't wait for them to get their new stock in though, there's so little left in the store. |

^^ Yeah, I saw a monocromatic dress, but it was a jumper dress that was not in my size. But I'll check again to see if there is one that is more similar to the one in my picture
^As size XS? This makes me sad. But I can't afford it now anyways. I lost my cell, and now I have to pay for a new one. Bye, beautiful dress. |

Poor you! Where did you lose it? Because maybe you could dial your own number on someone else's cell to find it. That sucks though, was it one of the new fancy ones? Maybe you could buy one on Ebay, they might be cheaper. Hope everything ends up all right. |
