Highlight of your day?

For starters I got to hang out with my friend that I don't get to see too often. We went shopping but didn't really have any luck. But I guess we didn't really look all that much since we were feeling pretty tired and lazy. And then I went to work which I really wasn't looking forward too, but it turned out suprisingly well. I got to work with good people, and it was kind of busy so it went by fast. One of my mom's close friends came in, so I got to talk to her for a little while. I love familiar faces. And yeah, overall it just went really well. After work my friend came to pick me up and we went to Tim Horton's. I got a bagel and tea which was delicious. And then after hanging out there and talking for a while we decided to go to a nearby park and sit on the swings. Before tonight I can't even remember the last time I went on swings. Probably at least a year ago. It was so refreshing to swing in the air at night when it's cool and just feels so.. fresh. Kind of relaxing too. And then I went home and now I'm just in this great mood which I'm hoping will stay for a while.

I went swimming today with my BF and it was uber fun, we swam at the pool for 2 hours and now I'm exhausted as hell but its worth it.....hopefully we can go again

OMG Super excited about my new laptop!!! I just got it today and the delivery was really fast!! I thought I was going to get it on Friday!! YEAHHH!!! lol =P

^Lucky! Are all of your paychecks going to be like that? If so, sign me up for your job!
The only time I've had a paycheck that high was when I had a regular full time check, plus all of my holiday pay was on it. It was wonderful.

It was a bit of a surprise actually. Normally they are around 900. But yeahh. Its well nice. It would even better if I didn't havve to spend it all on tuition.

my dad phoned me from home because I GOT THE JOB!!!! I am so excited its at the new Shoppers Drug Mart. I hope its a good job I am going to miss my mz old one, (stupid mall and its stupid high rent).

Highlights on vacation today
weather was beautiful, but very hot at one point, poked around all the high end boutiques and lusted over botega veneta, chanel, and cholé. when on a bot ride, god lac zurich and zuirch are so beautiful. and tomorrow we are going real shopping!!

^ooh have fun! unfortunately my family's not going to NY this summer after all. oh well.

summer school's OVER! and i didn't do too bad on the final either. i am officially done with CALM and Phys Ed.! So glad I won't have to be all gross and sweaty during the year because of gym. But I've got a completely full schedule.. I'm sad that I won't see any new friends I made until September.. And I probably won't see them often. And I'm sad because I didn't even become friends with some people until today.

I payed my residence and housing fees for fall semester! It's a relief to have that out of the way. But it also marks the beginning of my slow descent into loan-hell.

today was a pretty good day! last day of teaching swimming for my volunteer teacher's hours. it went well. went to my friends house to swim and we went to DQ for lunch. bought crest whitestrips and tanning oil (mom is a bit p-oed about that "any tan is skin damage"). got a shopper's optimum card! LOL went to the pool for lifeguarding class. had fun. i was basically in a bathing suit all day. tried crest whitestrips and i swear my teeth are whiter already Neutral

I got to leave work early today cause it was soo slow at the park. It's so great cause we still get paid for our full shift even if we leave an hour early Happy

And I got to see my boyfriend today and he bought me ice cream!

New girl at work that I got to train. She was really nice. I liked working with someone for a change, as opposed to those very lonely and isolated shifts.
I hung out in the lounge with some people from work afterwards and that was really fun.
I went for a walk in the rain at like, around midnight with some people. We got soaked. It was great. I wish it lasted longer.

Went over to my friend's house today and we watched movies! Then we went to the park and then back to his house to play Cranium. (I think it's really fun, I'd never played before!) I missed him, haven't seen him since school ended. Also glad that I got to get together with other friends I haven't seen since then either! And he lives in this really cute house in this really cute neighbourhood. And he has like a home theatre in the basement haha

Tomorrow, hopefully a friend and I are going to reconnect and meet up with an old friend who moved to Arizona a few years ago, since she's here on vacation but leaving on Monday (my birthday, sadly).

Amazing weekend.
Saturday night went out clubbing. And I got in. Chaaa.
Sunday spent the whole day at the beach, then went and saw Jully Black. Because it was free. hahaa.

We went to the zoo!!! It was awesome because there were baby lowland gorillas and they came right up to the glass!!!! It was SO CUTE it blew my mind!!!
