kind of off topic but i just wanted to ask a quick question

where are you supposed to spray your perfume in order for it to last the longest?

^Hmm I usually hit a few spots. My inner wrists (rubbing them together makes the scent decrease though), and under the ears. Also spray to your clothes makes the scent last longer.

i put a giant spritz around my neck/chest area too but it doesn't seem to stay that long, i'll def try behind the ears and on the wrists. thanks guys!

I like putting it on my wrists cause if I get sick of it or if it gives me a headache (I'm sensitive to scents) then I can wash it off easily.

But I usually just spray in the air and walk into it so it's a light scent.

None of us femmes want to be like the woman we passed on the street the other day; she was wearing so much perfume that you had to stop and take a few deep breaths before continuing on. Don't worry--it is possible to wear perfume and not induce others around you to wear gas masks. Here are some basic tips to follow when applying perfume, as well as making it last:

Whether it be a solid, spray, or lotion, apply your perfume before you put on any clothing or jewelry. Some fragrances will leave permanent stains on fabrics, metals, and pearls.

Apply perfume lightly to the body's pulse points: Wrists, base of the throat, behind the ear lobes, the bend in your elbows, and between the breasts.
Do not dab your wrists together after applying perfume--this breaks down the scent.
We all know that body heat rises, so apply perfume to the back of your knees to leave a lasting impression.
Only apply fragrance to your hair if it is freshly washed. If not, the natural oil in your hair will change the scent of the perfume. To do so, spray your hair once or twice from a distance of at least 8 inches. Another option is to spray some of the perfume in your hands and then disperse it through your hair. Do not spray your hairbrush or comb; this will leave the scent attached to it and affect any other scents your spray into your hair.
If you have fair or dry skin, your perfume is going to wear off faster than those with oily or darker skin. This simply means that you might need to give yourself one or two sprays of your favorite scent during your lunch break.
Vary the fragrance that you use from time to time. It has been medically proven that scents have a strong effect on our emotions and mindset. Don't feel inhibited about trying new and different perfumes every 3-4 months, or along with the changes of the seasons.
To keep your scent as true as the first day you bought it, place it in an airtight plastic container and store it in the fridge between uses. By doing so, you slow the process of oxidation, which breaks down the scent. This is especially useful during those hot, bright and humid months.

TNA: YSL Baby doll is okay, I wouldn't buy it too. The best sample I've tried in a while though is Missoni Acqua. That perfume is AMAZING, and pretty light.

Saw movie today: DKNY Be Delicious (my favourite!)

Oh and BTW, _TNA_, you seem to have alot of perfumes,, your lucky, i can never decide which one to get because I do't know if they'll last long

And I saw that someone has DKNY be delicious one and I was wondering if they lasts long be cause I heard that it only lasts an hour.

One last thing, does anyone recommend. Nina Ricci, Baby Touch By Burbbery (I love baby scents) Roxy, or Juicy Couture one? (based on how long they last, how strong they are and if they smell nice)
