yeah i would believe it. that's kinda scary, but i'll bet lots of them are probably for hunting and kept locked up.
there's a few in my house, i have no idea where tho. but i live on a farm, so maybe its different in the city.

It absolutely has nothing to do with fries. Nor cheese; none whatsoever. I just had a thought about food so I decided to write it as my topic. Though it certainly has nothing to do with food.
I just happened to stumble across an MSN page article earlier on, in regards to the American families that possesses guns in their household. It's weird, because there was a slideshow that featured pictures of the families posing with their guns. Some families had their children holding the gun and everyone else was smiling. They all seemed happy and friendly; but to see them carrying a gun, nevertheless possess one, it's quite distracting. _________________ I donated all my blings to wordtoyourmother. |

Honestly, it's annoying when people name their topics something that doesn't even remotely reflect the topic. Worse, a serious topic. I thought this topic was going to be about Cheese Fries or Poutine.
Anyway, it is disturbing that people can be so comfortable with guns like that. It's all de-sensitization, I say. I bet some people don't even think it's that dangerous. |

| Half of them are probably for hunting. And it depends if they keep it locked away or not, if they dont and they have kids running around then tahts a little scary. If it is a hunting gun they have to explain to the kids thats its only for hunting so they kids dont go around think daddy has a gun so he shoots people. If the parents approach the situation of having a gun in their house good then it shouldnt be anything too bad, and if they also dont put the wrong impression on their kids on why they have the gun |

Who knows if shown statistics are actually true in saying that the average American household owns guns. All I know is, parents who actually allow their children to have access to the guns are barbaric and stupid in every sense of the word. And locking up guns in their houses doesn't do much good... so many murders have been committed by teens who've had gun access within their house, locked up or not.
It drives me crazy how so many people can be that bloody careless. _________________ I think you're just so pleasant, I would like you for my own... |

my opinion: gun control sucks. Just because we don't let average people have guns doesn't mean that the criminals aren't going to get a hold of the same weapons. USED FOR OUR PROTECTION!!!
But I mean, ladies and gentlemen, lets not be stupid on how we control our guns. _________________
