Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has tried this product by Cargo?

OR if you have tired the technique of widening/ brightning the eye with white shadow and dark liner at all? I was just wondering if it really works and if its better to buy the tools separetly or go for this Cargo all in one type of thing.

| Psch, you could SO do that with regular shimmery white eyeshadow and a cheaper sponge-tip applicator or pointy Q-Tip or something. |
