ok.. so I have a problem.. and hopefully you could help me with it..
I usually wear capris and short sleeve t-shirts.. so half my legs are tanned and half arent.. same as my arm.. they are tanned up to a little bit above the elbow.. but the upper part of my arm is pale...
Now that I want to start wearing shorts and tank tops.. its really embaressing to have my lower legs tanned and the upper part pale.. same as arms..
So I want to get tanned, sun tanned,, I dont want to do any sort of indoor tanning.. but since its going to be my first time actually wanting to get tanned,, I have no idea how long to stay outside.. or how soon will I get tanned.. how long does it takes to get tanned?
ps. I dont usually get burnt.. and I have a beige skin tone..
Do you guys have anything(tips) that would help me?
thanx for reading all ^ _________________ Dude_89 |

| Haha... Lay in your backyard for 1/2 hr each day and by the end of the week you should be a little darker. |

| Tan a little bit every day, and do both sides the same amount of time. That way, you won't burn, just get a nice tan gradually. |

| buy some tanning oil or lotion and then lay outside in the sun, it will help you to get more brown. I would also put like spf15 on your shoulders and face so that you dont get burnt. Also, before you go out to tan exfoliate your skin with a scrub and moisturize right after you get out of the shower, when your skin is still damp. |
