- A nice umbrella [I'll probably be using it often come fall, as I live in the Vancouver area, where it rains pretty much 364/365 days a year...]

- flat boots - even though we can't wear them at school anymore

^^ I go to a private school, and they have this rule about no boots at all, so it's not just black boots. It's boots in general. Which I don't get because our school is in the Vancouver area so we get like bombarded with rain.

^^^/^ Hahhaa, I'm sure it's not even close as bad as it gets in Quebec. Like SUGARR* said, everything turns into slush really quickly, and it's definitely not flats-wearing weather. The fall isn't much better, it rains pretty much every day, so I don't think flats are the best option. I don't really know what our school has against boots. It used to be a rule, but everyone usually gets away with uniform stuff for the first week or two, then the staff usually cracks down on us, but for they let us wear boots this whole year. I think they're changing around our uniform, so I guess they're adding new rules to that too :/ The new stuff is quite... hideous, to be honest.

^^^^^ Hahaha, yes. Joe Jonas is quite the cutie. Nick is too, but I'm not too fond of Kevin. Aww, I just read that Taylor Swift is dating Joe Jonas. What a downer..

^ yeah, it's kind of sad. I mean, an inch of snow and the whole Metro Vancouver area shuts down. Buses stop running, traffic is jammed, schools are closed. But when it rains 30cm it's just another day in the city...

LOL ! Your schools get closed for only an inch of snow ?! I would never go to school if it was the same thing here. The school committee always waits until the situation becomes critical to make us go back home and sometimes some people are obligated to stay there :S !
