Is anyone excited? I'm sooo overly excited lol... and it's like half a year later. I absolutely LOVED the book so I hope the movie is going to be just as awesome. I read the book a while ago so my excitement died down a little but just recently I saw the movie trailer and I got all excited again lol! However the movie was scheduled to come out in August but for some reason it got pushed back to December so i was tres disappointed.... and I can't wait for the 4th book to come out!!! Kinda sad how it's going to be the last one tho... for those who read the book, any opinions on the actors acting as the characters?

I use to really like the books, but when I think about it, the characters are way to idealistic (Edward) and the whole essence of Twilight is just kind of cheesy. I'm still going to read Breaking Dawn and see the movie though, for sure.

Robert Pattinson as Edward is so good! He's so hot. And the girl who plays Bella is really similar to the Bella I imagined in my head, so that's good. All in all, great casting. But the trailer seems kind of like a letdown... it looks like a bad action movie, lol.

^Yea, I agree, it does look like a bad action movie, lol. But I'm still overly excited!!!

However, Edward doesn't seem so gorgeous but Bella fits the description perfectly, IMO.

At first when I saw Robert Pattinson as Edward, I got a little disappointed cuz in my head (haha) Edward was hotter lol but I guess it's impossible to have "the" perfect guy like how the book describes him to be as a real live person so i got over it....and I think Robert Pattinson really does look vampire-ish so he fits perfectly and Kristen is very Bella lol.... but the other actors aren't as great as I anticipated... anyways still really hyped up about it though

^True, because that image of Edward is just impossible, like Serena in Gossip Girl.

Now that I think about it I guess he is kind of a good match, because yes, he does look vampire-y Laughing

^Exactly. In the Gossip Girl books, it made it seem like Serena was angelic... the most beautiful girl in the world. Now, Blake Lively is pretty, but no angel, in my opinion. She fit the role well though.

I think Robert Pattinson was good for the role, though. I'm kind of disappointed about the rest of the family, though.

The pictures I saw ... my imagination of Emmett and Jasper and Rosalie and Esme... totally different.

BUT I'M SO EXCITED.

^Yeah, they made Serena seem like such a goddess. A perfect Blair though, and a horrible Jenny. Good Nate though, oh and bad Vanessa.

Yeahh I was disappointed when I first saw Edward. But agreed, he can pull off the vampy look~

._. I wished Gaspard Ulliel had be casted instead... he looks vampy too. But at least he's sexy. xDDD

oh, and Alice is nothing like I imagined her! same with Rosalie...I guess I imagined them younger, because in the movie they seem older than I would think.

I aint complaining about Robert Pattison though! hunkkkkkk...

im excited! they moved the release date to November b/c Harry Potter got moved to NEXT JULY (what.the.fuck.). it's bittersweet.

gah, i just read breaking dawn. well, tried reading it. im sorry to anyone who liked it but gosh, it was so dumb. i just couldnt get through it. ugh. it made me reflect on the series and.... i dont like it. the first one was good, but the movie... i dont like the ppl chosen, etc. just blaah

hope it's good for the rest of you tho.
