This might sound a little silly lol but what exactly do velcro rollers do for you hair? lol i thought they add big bouncy waves to your hair... but then I heard that they just add volume and your hair won't really be wavy....lol I'm lookin for big waves....I don't really need a lot of volume cuz I have super thick hair....so how do these rollers work then? I've seen people do it at the top of their head....but does that just add volume or does it make your hair wavy too? And am I suppose to blow dry it or leave it as it is? I'm so confused lol.....help me!

Something like this:

possible to achieve with rollers? what size of rollers should I get (my hair is about an inch and a half above my boobs) medium or large?

Well the bigger the roller, the looser the waves and the smaller the roller the tighter the curl. Rollers are a good way to get a nice curl. I actually am not quite sure how to use them, so I cant help you in the instruction area, lol.

i dont know about velcro rollers, but i got hot rollers and i LOVE them. i just have to use lots of hairspray before i put them in because my hair doesnt curl very well, but you leave them in for like 10 min and you get amazing curls. they're amazing. and just got cheap ones from london drugs.

I dont think you want to use velcro rollers to achieve a curl. You could get pillow rollers or a big roller set that heats up. Curling irons are ok but I think you its easier to use actual rollers and you will get better results.

dont get velcro rollers they're shit. Hot rollers make your hair sexy and kinda messy curls but it looks good, and a curling irons cost more cause the cheap one do shit, but if you want more groomed look and pretty curls then go for a curling iron.

velcro rollers aren't really meant for curls, moreso volume. My mom uses them eeeevverry day to make her hair 'voluminous?'? well, just not flat. it looks nice Happy

i'd use a curling iron for ringlets and things, not curlers :P i suck at using curlers, that's why.
