New Hair Cut/Colour Recommendations!

Instead of having 87845616516798641 different threads by people who want opinions on haircuts, I made this so they can all be combined.
I also want an opinion about a cut I'd like to try.

This is me around Christmas:

In March on my birthday:

I want to get:

I'm NOT dying it black.. I'm going to get a head of blonde highlights, so it looks like my hair is blonde with brown lowlights. In those pictures, my hair is really blonde, but it's faded a bit since they were taken. I'm also debating on whether or not to do the assymetrical thing. I may just get it longer in the front, and not quite as short in the back. What do you guys think? Please be honest!!

I think her haircut would look really nice on you.
My friend had her hair cut that way, and it looked really good.

Would any of you recommend a different colour?
I've been blonde for forever, and I want a colour change, but I don't know what else would suit me.

If you want something a little edgy I once saw someone who had red hair, then the front part of her hair (a hair cut very similar to the one you want) was blonc. It was very cute.

That haircut would look amazing on you. You have the right bone structures and everything.
And, I LOVE blonde on you! If you want to change it up, I would recommend going even blonder. Especially since it is summer, you want to have light hair. You could always die it light brown in the fall, but for the sumemr go blonder!

this is a pretty bad picture, but this is what my hair looks like right now. its naturally curly, but i straighten it most of the time so its a few inches longer than in this picture.

this is the haircut that im thinking of getting.

im just not sure if the bangs would look good. i know my hair isnt the same length, but i like where the layers are placed.

pizzolon: I think the cut would look really good on you, even the bangs. Just go for it, the layers will grow in anyways if you don't like them.

^ i play soccer too, and i got a cut shorter than that once.
you just need a hairband.
a small ponytail may work.

in the end i didnt end up getting the cut i wanted.
i pretty much got 3 inches off and a lot of layers.
now when i pull my hair up, it looks like rihannas cut.

i think the victoria beckham one is nicer, i wanted to get a bob like that but my hair is curly so it wouldnt work out=(

The Victoria Beckham cut would probably be easier to maintain because the layers are more even...then again, I have like no knowledge on hair so I could really be completely wrong. I think both cuts would look great on you though! Just depends on what you think you like best Happy

I'm soo excited!
I still really don't know whether to do it even or assymetrical but I'm leaning towards even simply for the practicality and when it grows out I don't want it to be all retarded.
BUT, a lot of people have started to get the VB haircut and I want to be different...
I'm gonna ask my hairdresser which one she thinks would look better, and I'll post pictures once I've gotten it!

In both the previous pictures my hair actually wasn't that light.. but in the first one especially it just looks that way.
What I have right now is the blondest I've ever gone.
