So im looking for some help here.
i am EXTREMELY pale.
and i was thinking to go tanning just to see what its like.
i dont want a DRAMATIC change, cause i dont think i could handle it
but i want to go a shade lighter then i am.
i know theres tons of tanning techniques, but i dont know which one is right
for me!
right now, im using olay touch of sun for my face
and a different olay touch of sun for my body.
i just started today, so i havent had time to see a change,
but i was thinking that with the lotion, i wont be able to get everywhere
on my body.
anyways, any kind of help would be appreciated.
i am totally new to this!
thanks a lot! <3 |

Are you wanting to go to a tanning salon? If you do, going a couple of times will just be a noticeable difference.
As for self-tanners:
I like Too Faced Tanning Bed in a Bottle
St. Tropez is AMAZING. Any product by them works really good.
I know Philosophy has one, and they usually make good products, but I have never tried it myself.
Clarins is allso good, as well as Clinque.
For drugstore, Neutrogena and Jergens are fairly good.
And of course, Don't forget BRONZER!! _________________

I cant tell you much do's but my mom buys the self tanning lotions and do not buy these:
Jergens natural glow,
really sick smell, streaky, very dehydrating, and stains really eaisly,
Dove energy glow,
not a very natural look, seems to always come out unevenly, _________________

Oh, and don't apply too much to dry elbows or knees, as it absorbs more. _________________

i would just mix some tanning lotion with some regular lotion for a natural glow. most of the self tanners leave u looking streaky and unnatural, especially if u are pale. i just go to a tanning salon, even though i know its bad for me. it is getting nicer out so you could just start lying out in the sun everyday _________________
