I hate how my doesn't listen to me! We don't talk much or share much. I mean I guess we talk, but it's never anything personal, just whatever. And whenever I end up wanting to share part of my life with her, like what's happening with my friends and stuff she never actually listens and I actually get pretty upset by this! Like just now, I went to talk to her about how tomorrow I'm going to be gone since I'm going with a friend to meet her dad's girlfriend since she doesn't want to do it alone, and while I'm telling her this my mom is listening and then she'll just slowly stop paying attention. Or only play attention when she wants to. The tv will be on while I'm talking and then she'll just turn away while I'm talking and look at whatever she's watching, make a comment like "oh, that's a pretty dress" watch for a second and come back. And it's really upsetting. It's bad enough that we don't have much of a connection, and it actually hurts a little that when I put the effort she doesn't give it back.
And all the time she'll come and tell me all these things about whatever happened with her, most of it which is insignificant, and that I don't care about, but I'll still listen to her. Always. And just.. ugggghhhh it's really frusterating. Actually crying from this. Fuck.

^i can totally relate to you, my mom and i have like no relationship whatsoever, we never ever talk. and when i do try to talk to her, she'll straight up ignore her, or when i ask her things, she'll ignore me. it's really pissing and i don't know what to do about it... i just hope things work out for you because you're putting in the effort and you deserve to have a good relationship with your mom.

i hate when i take a nap and i wake up worse than i was before.
like i just woke up from a nap, and it feels like all my energy is drained out of my body

^ I hate that too. In my health science class we learned that the longest nap you should take is 45 minutes cause otherwise it will throw off your sleep cycle and make you disoriented...and also try to avoid taking naps in the late afternoon because you're more likely to sleep for a long period of time. I don't know if it actually works though, cause I try to avoid naps overall, I always feel super weird after them haha

^I'd believe that. I always try to sleep for about 30-40 minutes. Power nap! I got in a bad habit of falling asleep at 4 and waking up at 7 and that definitely screwed with my sleep cycle.

^^ argh I hate that feeling to. On Sunday I just felt so drained and tired that at 4pm I had to lay down. I told myself I would be up in 10minutes. Then I wake up, feeling sooo groggy and look at the clock and it was 8pm. I could not fall asleep that night till 3 am, then I was forced to wake up at 8am Sad

I was very grumpy that day. Everything was making me mad.

Sometimes I hate taking the bus. I really cannot wait till I get my car and license in the next 2 months.

I hate rude people at Makeup counters. The girl at clinique was so rude to me today. I was waiting at the foundation/powder section and she would not walk over and help me, and clearly she saw me. when I asked to get a certain color of powder she looked so offended..What the hell did I do? It seems I have never had a good experience at makeup counters....oh well Icon_wrong

I hate that I dropped off nearly 60 resumes and I didn't get A SINGLE PHONE CALL BACK. I mean I have experience and good references.Since I don't have a job (which my parents love for some weird reason) they have to give me money and such and some people like my BF think I'm spoiled.thats probably the reason my friends screwed me over

sometimes I hate having older friends, they don't have much time to hang out because of work..so it kinda sucks sometimes.

I hate it when my mom tells me to smile when I'm walking in the mall. Ok listen ma, I'm not going to walk in the mall with a big toothy grin all by myself. I wouldn't look to normal. With friends yes, by myself....hell no...I'm going to pout thank you very much.

I hate how some people think I'm EMO...
what the hell is wrong with wearing black and a corset now and then.

One of my cousins is moving away, so he asked me earlier if I wanted his blacklights and lava lamps and I said yes. Well, he brought them over when my dad was here, and my dad got mad at me. And it's like.... what the fuck. They'll be in my room, he doesn't have to see them, I'm not keeping them on that often, plus if I'm paying him rent, I think I should be allowed to have whatever the fuck I want in my room. I mean hell, my cousin sold his snake and I wasn't 'allowed' to have it because my dad said I was irresponsible. Just like he called me irresponsible today. Screw that. He's getting rent, he should shut the fuck up.

I hate that my mom does not listen to me. In other terms than what I've previously complained about.
I started doing my laundry a long time ago because firstly my mom always bitched that I didn't do anything, so I told her I would do my own laundry. And secondly because I hate it when she does my laundry. She'll either shrink something, or just hang dry it when it could go in the dryer because I don't mind if it shrinks or whatever and than I end up having to wait longer for it and it's just frusterating. Therefore I do my own laundry. I never ask her to.
But sometimes she finds the need to think she'd be helping by doing my laundry for me (yet she still complains that I do nothing). This time when she did my laundry she ironed my shirt that isn't supposed to get ironed because of the material. What happens? I have a wonderful iron burn on the back of this tank. And it was one of my favourites since it went really well with my cardigan. Fantastic.
I know she means well by doing my laundry but I specifically tell her not to. Not to make my bed, not do my laundry, not to touch my things (that's a whole other rant) yet she does not listen and I'm the one that ends up getting screwed.
I cannot wait to move out.

and Driver's Ed. $500 dollars for nothing!!!!!!!

And someone mention before that they hate naps. I do to, everytime I try and have a nap I wake up feeling sick to my stomach and totally drained of all energy.

I hate how my boyfriend's dad is such a douchepacker. Leaving his house, I got to the end of the driveway, and I had to start fighting off tears because I was so frustrated. I was over at his house, helping him clean his room, when his dad came in and started yelling at my boyfriend. Right in front of me. And it was over him using the washing machine. Apparantly his stepmom's a bitch and doesn't want him using it, so his dad wants him to either leave his laundry for his dad to do, or take his stuff to a laundromat. It's a washing machine for God's sake. It wasn't being used, and he needed his stuff cleaned. So what the shit. Then his dad started again with threats of kicking him out by summertime if his attitude hasn't changed (he's not a bad kid, he's not the one with the problem. His dad's high-strung). Then later, my boyfriend and I were playing a card game in the dining room, and I shrieked something at him as a joke, and his dad came in and started raising his voice at me. "I hope you realize I have two younger children, both under 5, and I don't want them waking up because of you guys. And I bet he didn't bother to ask you to tone it down either". And I just blatantly went "Yeah, he actually did tell me to be quiet". Fucking hell (excuse my language), I am so frustrated right now. His dad's treating him like shit. His dad's got his own personal problems right now, and believe me, his dad brought them upon himself, but it doesn't mean he can take out his anger on him. He doesn't deserve it. F*ckf*ckf*ck!

Ever get that feeling where you feel like you really need to cry, but you just cant? Like, you want to so you can let it out, but you're too angry for it to happen? I've got that right now. And it's that much more frustrating, because I know when I'll start crying about it later, I'll be that much more annoyed that I've held it in for so long.

Now that I think about it, maybe UgNa's only being nice because he wants me to become a member of his church or something! I mean, he NEVER bothered with me until last Friday when I went with his sister. I'm extremely skeptical right now. This is probably part of an elaborate plan. I'm not being paranoid, it's my female intuition!
Now I'm pissed off at him. So I sent him an e-mail asking him why he's acting like this.

It's so annoying!
I was writing my final today and my stomach started growling. It's embarassing, so I'm trying to cover it up/make it stop and so I keep losing focus. I thought my stomach wouldn't even growl since I made sure I had breakfast before I left, but then like 45 mins into the final, it started. And finally it stopped but then started again closer to the end. It really killed my concentration.

I hate how my dad is so negative about everything. I'm getting a degree in Geography, and I'm passionate about recycling, conserving energy/water, using reusable bags and all that. I want to have a job that relates to that sort of thing. But he refuses to support me. He just mocks me, and says that whatever I do it won't make a difference, and then goes on about how globabl warming isn't even happening. I just can't stand it. Really upsets me. Not once when he quit his job and attempted to go get his real estate licence did I question his beliefs, or desires. Why can't he do the same for me?

^^That reminds me of one time when I still worked in a grocery store. This old lady came through with flowers and was like "Do you have paper sleeves to stick the bouquet in"? And I was like "No, we don't actually..." And then she gave me this dirty up-and-down look and went "It's cause you're cheap", and she grabbed her change out of my hand and walked off. And it's like... WTH lady, I'M not cheap, the store is. And if you're buying flowers in a grocery store, don't expect world-class service out of it.

^And that sucks about your dad. And happy birthday to your mom btw! You can even tell her I said happy birthday... she might be all "Okay, what?", but hey, the thought is there =]

And today, Carol was so pissed off about the locker, how Tom doesn't respect her stuff because he always throws her mirror onto the bottom of the locker (the guy said he didnt throw it though.) So then, Carol asked if she could move into my locker. I really didn't want her to because I remember that when I briefly shared my locker with a different friend last year, I barely had any room to myself because all their books and their backpack and their jacket take up the space. I know it'll be the same with her because that's what she does in the Tom's locker now. So Carol kept bugging me about moving into my locker and I said only if she gets her own lock because I don't like people knowing my real lock combo (which is true.) She said she doesnt have another one (but she does...it's just the lock to her other two lockers.) Yeah, I'm probably being pretty selfish right now but I don't care, she shouldn't have been pressuring me.
I hate how people (not just her) always try to take advantage of me. In every single foods class, this guy always asks me stuff. Like if we have worksheets to do, he asks me where to find the answer when the answer's just in the booklet we all have to read. Then every foods class that we're cooking, he always asks me what to do. It makes me so frustrated every time because he should've been listening during the teacher's demonstration.
Wow. This is really long but it felt really good to type out, even if it makes me seem like a bitch.
