Saying no to a job

I've been applying to jobs today and I already have an interview for one store, but it's not really my first choice. If they call me back after the interview and I don't want the job anymore, what should I say?
Also, if they decide to hire me within the interview and I'm not sure if I want to job, what do I say??

It's almost unheard of to be hired on the spot, but if so I'd ask to take half a day to go home and consider it because you weren't expecting to be offered it up so fast, or just be honest and say that you have another interview/job opportunity lined up that you're waiting to hear back about.
If they call you and you've found a job somewhere else just thank them for the opportunity but that unfortunately you've already accepted something else. Be gracious and be polite!

^Thanks! I don't think it'd be likely that I'd get the job on the spot, but I always consider it since that's how I got my last job.
