so lately everything i own is falling apart (i.e. phone, camera, glasses case, jacket, etc.) and i just realised that the back of my UGG has ripped open. i am PISSED! i got these a couple months ago (off ebay.. whatever...) so i guess my question is, how can i repair it? is there a place in toronto where they'll sew it back together or something?!?! aahhh!!! thankssss for any suggestions

OH also the zipper on my TNA jacket broke off, i got it 3 months ago - could they possibly repair or replace?!

Wow, that sucks! Bad luck lately, I guess. If you buy Uggs off their official website, you can return them for repair for up to one year. Maybe you could try doing this, I am not too sure.
As for the TNA jacket, def. go to Aritzia and tell them about it (bring it with you). If they don't do anything about it (which I am sure they will) take it to any clothing repair place, like Pro Stitch.
I have a feeling that you will have to go get it repaired, then show them the bill and they will reimburst (sp? i can never spell this) you. I know they do this at AE, Hollister, and Abercrombie.
GOOOD LUCK!!!!

Aww, that sucks. I agree with TNA, I would take it in to a repair place or like an alteration/hemming place and just ask them if they can fix it. For sure the zipper can be repaired at a hemming place. Im not too sure about the uggs, but it never hurts to ask someone.

My sister brought her jeans back with a huge hole to aritzia and she bought them like two months ago. They gave her all her money back too. but she had the reciept so i think that might change things

Aw, spot of bad luck Sad I hope it goes away!

But yes, definitely take the jacket back to Aritzia - zippers should NOT fall off after 3 months. It'd be a better bet if you had your receipt still but some places are really liberal with things like that, I mean it IS good customer service after all.

too bad about the uggs.. i would be so mad too if that happened to me. im not sure what to do about it though..maybe bring it to a shoe repair store and ask if theres anything they can do about it.

my friend has a tna winter jacket and her zipper fell off too. her simple way of fixing it was attaching a pipe cleaner so she could still pull the zipper up and down and you couldnt really see it after she zipped it up..but i suggest you try and get it fixed.
