It looks like they're recreating the last scene in Breakfast at Tiffany's, or maybe something similar...at least that's what I think, seeing as Blair has that obsession with Breakfast at Tiffany's!

^I think it relates to the film "Breakfast at Fred's" Serena is chosen to star in, which is related to the series (don't remember which book).
