so if you start doing cardio to shed some overall body fat will your boobs shrink aswell?
probably sounds like a stupid question haa but I honestly want to know because they are fat too, not?
& is it possible for a woman to have pecs?

and if anyone knows what i'm talking about, the fat between like your shoulders/armpits
and your boobs, is there a certain excersise to tone that?

Well you can't really predict where you lose fat from, but yes, it is possible to lose fat from your breasts.

I went from a small B to a small A (yeah I'm flat) after losing fifteen pounds. And your pecks are underneath your breasts, and yes, girls have them. Use a peck deck or something to tone them, if you're aiming for that.

Your pecks aren't the fat between your armpits, that's just... well, it's just fat.

Your pecks (pectorals) are like muscles on top of your breastbone.

I think when you just lose weight overall, that fatty area will naturally shrink. Yeah, boobs usually shrink when you lose weight. My mom always complains that her boobs are shrinking and nothing else is, ahah. She's like, "ya i might lose 5 pounds, but its all in my boobs."

^^I think I know what you're talking about in the last question. Is it like that bit of skin that is next to your armpit and next (and just above) your boobs? And when you wear tanktops, it'll show with like a line (sometimes) where the skin slightly folds over? (haha, sorry that this is so confusing!)
Anyways, I checked (googled) about it and here are some exercises that help: dips, dumbbell flyes, and cable crossovers. (source: http://www.shapefit.com/exercise-questions-armpit-chest-development.html)
