^Yeah I agree, but don't wear a necklace. A metallic clutch might be nice. hm, possibly metallic heels as well? I'm not sure either. Maybe choose some that look nice against your skin tone while brightening up the outfit as well.

So I bought this black sweater dress from Banana Republic and I cant find anything to wear with it. I figured I would be able to wear everything with it because its black, but if I wear black tights its too much black and its too cold to wear no tights. I'll try to find a pic of it, but its 3 quarter length sleeves and I think its a little past my knees.

^since they are black, you can wear almost any other colour tights with them!
such as electric blue, grey, dark reds.etcetc patterened tights would also look great with them and if you wanted to wear black tights with them, you could get printed ones, so it doesn't seem to be ALL that much black

^^I would wear ANY color of tights! If you don't want a brightly colored pair, go for grey, navy, maroon, or purple. Patterned tights would look reallly cute. All black is always a classic though. I often wear a black dress with black tights and brighten it up with red, purple, blue, or any bright color of shoes. Same goes for handbags, heabands, and jewellery. So you COULD wear black if you wanted too! So either colored or black works.

^^^Patterned tights! Along with coloured tights, like the others mentioned.

Thanks for your help guys, just a few more questions. What shoes should I wear with them? If I wear a brightly colored pair of tights should I wear black shoes or the same color as my tights? Flats or heels? Pictures anyone?

^If you're wearing coloured tights, do not wear shoes that are the same colour as the tights. That would look way too matchy-matchy, therefore making it look a bit..awkward. Black shoes would be fine, I think simple silver flats would look nice too. If the tights are a bright colour, avoid shoes in a bright colour and also try and avoid white (it will look too 80s).

I bought these last year and unfortunately didn't get much use out of them since they were super hard to match with. I love them however though.

What kind of tops and in what colors can i wear with these:

^I think the blue could maybeeee work. Not the green though. A simple white top would look great too.

^^Personally I wouldn't wear any of those colours with the shorts. It's hard to pull off and it would look a bit too much. I think a simple white top would be nice. Even a white billowy blouse.

The blue could work. Otherwise, you could go with black, white, grey, or maybe even a dark purple-blue colour.

I like the blue one from american apparel, but I agree with everyone else. White or another neutral color would be best.

^ Yeah, if you wear like a navy blue shirt, it'd look a little too matched together seeing as you have navy blue top and bottom. I'd say go with a grey or a white, you can have fun with your footwear or accessories.

i just bought this and i was wondering if i should wear anything under it and if so, wat? cuz it's kinda big on me even though it's an extra-small, and i'm pretty sure dats the style of it... like a babydoll top but it has a really low neckline (for cleavage and all) and i don't have big boobs so it looks really plain...so i'm not sure if i should wear anything underneath.... i mean when i bend down u can see everything lol (if you don't think this is low... that's cuz i pulled it back a tiny bit lol... it can go even lower) so....how should i wear this? thanks!

^ I probably wouldn't wear anything under that besides a bra. If you're worried about the whole exposure thing, you could wear a plain shelf-bra camisole as well, so you're a bit more covered. Or if you just want something else to spice it up a bit, you could wear a camisole with lace trim that shows at the neckline.

But if you're not really worried about exposure, you could also wear a long necklace or even a cute scarf and that would definitely add some pizzazz to your outfit!!

^^Looks cute! I wouldn't wear anything under it. But if you must, a lacy cami would be good. A long necklace would look really cute with the top though!

Try adding a skinny belt to keep the top in place when you bend down

I guess a lacy cami or somehting, but it looks fine the way it is. Its not too low or anything, but do what makes you feel comfy.

^^ I'm sure Aldo Accessories/Aldo, Le Chateau or Urban Behaviour would have some too!

For example...?

^^^Joe Fresh actually has some nice skinny belts for super cheap. I think vintage leather belts would look nice with those tee dresses too and you can find some at thrift stores on vintage shops.

stardivina: I would suggest Le Chateau, Aldo, or Urban Outfitters. Winners might even have some too.

I have this white skirt with pink flowers on it.
I want to know what colour shirt I can wear with it. Only pink or white?
Also, would white shoes be okay? Or something else?
