I dont know what u guys call it.. but anyways..
do u think skipping 15 minutes (maybe even more) a day plus running 30-40 min( on treadmill) for about 4-5 times a week is a good workout? what else do u think I should do?
BTW.. I'm doing those excersices at home, and dont really want to go to the gym or anything!

well it depends how much weight you want to lose...i run and i lost a bit of weight then gained from muscle. skipping i don't know if that would bulk..but i heard its good to lose weight. also try drinking a ton of water and doing yoga/pilates/ballet. try eating alot of celery and drinking green tea too. your exercise plan is a great start. good luck!

I think that is a good start as you go on try and add 15 more minutes some suggestion is to do push-ups to help tone your arms this will also make you lose weight sit ups are good too. Another thing is something my basketball coach makes us do try running for about 45 mins. after that take a 2 minute break but walk around still or else you will cramp up after that jump rope for 15 minutes take a break after the break try stepping up on a bench and stepping down for 10 minutes take a break next try jumping and touching a wall for 10 minutes after that take a break next try doing 25 squats. Now you are done this is just a suggestion.
Squat- a squat is when you sit down like you are in a chair then come up. _________________ Angel

| that's primarily cardio, so to make it more effective, you should mix it up with some weight training to build muscle and get leaner. |

| Jumping rope and running are great cardio workouts. Cardo conditioning is important to loose weight, so that sounds like a good workout to me. |
