okay, I'm more of a runner and all, but my arms are just so wimpy!
I play tennis, but I want to put a lot more power in my stroke.
my serve is so weak, so for this season, I really need to turn it up.
does anyone know any good ways to get some muscle in the arms?
if so, thanks. =D
by the way, I'm working wit the pushups, of course! girl ones only for now.

go against like bench or a sterdy(sp?) ledge with your back facing the bench
grip onto the bench with your knuckles, and have your knuckles facing out, then just go up and down using your arms only.
i really suck at explaining..
i have to do these for fitness testing at school and they work really well
if you can go to a gym and lift weights or use the machines. they're a lot more effective for me and i have only been a few times lately and my muscles are quite a bit stronger. _________________
