Generally we all want to look a certain way, have a certain image pulled from our everyday media. Like you see a pic from a photoshoot and you're like "omg that model's dress is perfect, only a figure like that could pull it off" otherwise most of us wouldn't be going on dieting and exercise plans.
Since we're all different body types and heights, post a pic of what your goal looks like!

Post a picture of that ideal body you most want (obviously with clothes, like a model or a celeb)

Well it seems lots of us say "I'm dropping this many pounds" like it sounds dangerous if you don't say what that goal looks like! "I lost 10 pounds this month" like, what sort of body are you trying to get, just want to know.

It sucks that you can't be really skinny with a good bust size (unless you have implants or something). I'm pretty happy with mine since they're proportionate but I'm also really flabby, I miss how I used to be two years ago =[ but anyway. My ideal body type is the "typical" Asian girl's.
Don't mind their freaky faces lol.

I think that this topic can be good and bad now...it really depends on the body you want to look like.
Some people might want to be a healthy curvy but thin...but others may want to look like a super unhealthy-skinny. As long as the picture of the ideal body is healthy, achievable, and proportionate (BMI) for that person's height, I think it's fine. But if it's scarily thin (like Nicole Richie when she was all bones), I think that it would definitely be a terrible idea then.

I like the idea of this topic, I think it's necessary to see other girls' points of views on what the ideal body is to them so we can get the picture of what the "average" idea of "perfection" is. Of course some people will find skinniness attractive but each to one's own, right? And as long as eating disorders aren't being advocated (even though what I posted was skinny, I'm still against eating disorders and favour health over vanity).

i was just sick of being 'the fat kid'
or the 'cute little chubby girl'
and did little things here and there to improve my life

like..i cut out junkfood. i used to have chips EVERY SINGLE DAY
and now i have it once in a while, only when someone has a bag
and they offer me a chip or two

and i plan my meals ahead so that i know for sure how much im eating
and how much i need to excersize. like..if im hungry ill tell myself im going
to have an egg on toast, so id kinda calculate the calories to keep myself
from going overboard. i didnt go crazy like OMG 1 EXTRA CALORIE!!

i just made sure i wasnt eating too much
and ALSO - important thing:
everyone always thinks theyre WAYYYY more hungry then that ACTUALLY are.
im serious, thats where most of my extra weight came from.
when you eat, dont gobble everything down. eat slowly, thats the best way
because your stomach doesnt tell your brain that youre full fast enough
to make you stop eating. if youre chowing everything down,
chances are youre eating like 500-800 more calories then you should be.
you should only eat ONE handful.
like..eat a handful or like..something the size of your hand.
then wait like 10-30 mins.
IF after that you still feel hungry, eat another handful..then wait again.
i also ate slimfast bars for breakfast.
BUT its no substitute for REAL food.
AND EATING TOO MUCH SLIMFAST MAKES YOU GAIN WEIGHT.
slimfast is full of PROTIEN, the stuff that makes you BUTCH and BULKY
like a football player.
i had a friend that was totally jealous of my weight loss and i told her
i eat slimfast..she bought a whole bunch and devoured the entire box
in like two days. THATS NOT GOOD.
everyone seems to think its a "miracle bar" when in fact, it is not.
theyre really great for breakfast because it has everything you need to give
you energy and nutrients to last until like..lunchtime or so.
eating like..two right after eachother will just make you fat cause youre
doubling everything..a big no-no.

i like to 'freestyle' in my own time to my ipod so i can get the cardio
part of my workout. then i do yoga and pilates which are AMAZING.

I think that this is a good topic. I think its dumb to not talk about our ideal body image because some people are afraid of eating disorders. Everyone has a picture of somebody that they would like to look like and I think its interesting to see everyones' different opinions. Personally, I would like to be healthy and fit and tan. This friend of mine is really skinny, yet she has a good sized bust. Lucky her, since she is one of the only people I know.
Oh well, I am happy with my body, but since I am skinny, my bust isn't all that big, just normal I guess. Oh well, its either one or the either.

May I ask how long it took to lose 35 pounds....and with slim fast did you like the bars or drinks better?

Ok, so Hilary. I really respect her, shes a great role model for girls out there.
I know she's had trouble with diet and health before, but now she's back to normal and healthy and she looks great. There are others i could post that i like their body but i'm the same height as Hilary so i thought it would be more realistic.

i also REALLY hate how you cant be skinny and have boobs.
padded bras look really weird though if theyre too big.
im incredibly skinny, but id much rather trade it in for a proportional bust size. flat as a boarrd =(
