I have an elliptical trainer at home so I usually use that followed by some floor exercises. During the summer, I go to the gym cuz the one I frequent has a great vibe and nice machines. _________________

I'm thinking about getting a gym membership. Like my brother's got a weight thing and treadmill in our house, but I have no idea how to use them, or like get the results i want. I don't like my area, no parks to run around in an' that. I'll need a trainer at a gym, how does that work? _________________

I won a free gym membership but I'm thinking there's hidden fees so I'm not sure yet. But it's at least a twenty minute drive there. I prefer going to the community centre gym right next to my school.
Lately I have been a lazy lump and done nothing. LOL I haven't been to the gym in months. I've been too busy with school and work. However I plan on going over the break and once school starts up again. I find I work out more at the gym than I would at my house or running around the neighbourhood. The gym inspires me to set more goals and I go with my friends.
In the spring I plan on playing rugby, and I will also be busy getting my NLS and AWSI/WSI for lifeguarding. _________________

| Well, I dance all year so I am fit. Plus, I have a personal trainer and hoem gym. I also have a gym membership, since they have mre machines! Yoga and pilates in another really fun form of exercice. During the summer, I run and swim. I also was on the field hockey team this year at school. |

... and by the streets I just mean that I walk around a lot, a LOT. Which is good, I suppose. I didn't bother getting the $15 gym membership at my school because I knew I would NEVER go. I'm not a gym person, I'm not going to go in and ride a bike for twenty minutes, then do weights or something. I am, though, I think, going to do a pilates class with a friend this coming semester. I don't exercise unless its a group sport (like soccer... <3) or class. _________________
