Concept 5?

Has anyone else heard of this upcoming store? Apparently, it's going to be the fifth installment of the Abercrombie brand (abercrombie, Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, Ruehl 925).

There's not a lot information at the moment but I'm guessing it'll be a lingerie line to compete with aerie, or just another clothing store.

I was reading this on Wikipedia when I first found out. Anyone else curious about what it's going to carry?

it sounds kind of like urban to me ... hopefully more stylish clothes! (as opposed to the sweats, jeans, hoddies, sweaters, tanks, tees, etc.)

^ Not till I long way away I suspect-- perhaps sometime after 2007. Apparently, the first store is going to be in Las Vegas.

concept five? i don't think that would be the name of the store, that would be too blatant, even for a company that flashes the logo more prominently than almost any other company.

but lingerie line i could totally see. didn't they sell undies and such at one point within abercrombie? i could see them doing an urban thing though, since they seem to take certain chunks of culture, hollister being "surf" and abercrombie being "prep."

I really hope that if they do indeed sell clothes that they will emphasize more on "urban" and "stylish" forms of fashion. I hope it's not too expensive. But something tells me that it will be.

I wouldn't mind a lingerie line. More PJs would be great. I love PJs.

And it's true, I doubt that the store will acutally be titled "Concept 5". I just think it's the temporary name until they think of a more suitable one.

i could see "concept 5" as just a temporary name too, because it's sort of the "fifth edition" to the company.

Sounds cool, I always like when new stores come out, and I love Hollister. Hopefully it will be like H&M or something.

Anyways, if it is like H&M, I'd be really happy! Have you ever realized that Abercrombie never sells dresses (or from my knowledge)? I really hope they do that. Happy

I just found out from another forum that the fifth concept is going to be called Gilly Hicks. It's supposed to be a store for lingerie, sports apparel and accessories.
