This topic is where you make a list of all the things you want to do this summer!!

I want to make it a good summer so here's my plans/goals:

-go running often
-go to the beach at least 3 times!
-clean/organize/decorate my room not decorating till in new house
-go shopping in Toronto done
-go to the CNE/Ontario Place/Wonderland
-go to the movies done, transformers, chuck and larry, and no reservations
-WIN my baseball tournament
-go to Niagara Falls
-cottage - wakeboard/ski Happy

done, no time for wakeboarding or skiing
-camp counselor at girl guide camp

etc.etc.etc.
will add more

good topic! :lol:

-get a job!!!!! and if i get a job, save at least $50 to put aside from each paycheck.
-exercise at least 3 times a week
-lose 10 lbs.
-grow at least 1 inch
-make my new room really awesome looking 8)
-make a lot of dresses, shirts, and other sewing projects
-try a new/don't do often sport (rollerblading, skateboarding, kickboxing, yoga, surfing!, or etc.)
-volunteer!!!
-go shopppppiiiinnnnngggg!!!! Happy

and buy new flats, flip flops, leggings, tshirts, shorts, tanks, hoodies, and pretty much evvvverrrything!

hahaha oh boy...this is going to be a wild, adventurous summer:

- have a HUGE camping trip with my best friends
- save up some money
- have a fling with some foreign boy
- start running everyday
- have several tremendous parties
- reconnect with my best friend and myself Happy

-try not to lose touch with friends that graduated

- tanning
- go to the beach at least once (there's no good beaches in toronto)
- GET A JOB!
- lots and lots of shopping downtown (Eaton Centre, Queen Street, Kensington, etc...)
- go to the movies
- have lunch with friends at random cafes
- go to Wonderland
- finally finish making my audrey hepburn tee shirt
- start working out at least 3 times a week
- volunteer
- partaaaaaaayyy!!!

- get another part-time job
- finish my summer sememster with an 3.25 GPA (at least)
- have at least $300 saved in the bank (for once... lol)
- go to a couple more parties/clubs
- volunteer more
- go jogging at least once a week
- get rid of the ring of flub around my waist
- finish all the books that I started a few years ago but never got around to finishing
- shop more Very Happy

-Swim practice
-AP work- Language and US History
-Read
-Educate by friend on the art of analyzing a good classic movie
-Educate my other friend about the art of reading an obscure, yet meaningful novel.
-Lounging at the beach reading and listening to music.
-Ultimate Frisbee (watching friends, I suck) at the Park
-Family Reunion, I actually like my HUMONGOUS family. We ski on the lake, eat, develop our southern accents, play cards, swim in the lake, have a fun filled night of teens and adults only Pictionary, all the kids, mostly the older girls and little kids, get to sleep in tents... I can't wait.
-Go to Orlando, I almost never go in the summer because that's when all the tourists with ponchos clog the lines, and its really hot, but my friend (I normally go with someone else in the fall) has tickets and invited me.
-Maybe go to New York
-Get into bumy clothes and run around the beach by my house (it's small and not intended for swimming) when it rains in the afternoon.
-Count the stars at night (too bad Florida doesn't have fire flies)
-Swim [for fun] in my backyard with my best friend.
-Go ice skating with my best friend
-Expand my already fluent knowledge in comic books.
-Eat.
-Watch so many sappy movies it's unhealthy with my mom.
-Perfect my guitar playing skills.
-Help my mom finish decorating the condo on a low budget
-Help my mom finish making our house pretty, modern and beachy with most of our furniture being one's we've had forever is hard, but it's coming out well. I'll send pictures when we're finished if you want.
-Finish writing my book.

- get through physics (summer school)
- save at least half of what I earn from work, the rest I'll spend ( ;
- go to the beach
- watch the fireworks at the beach again
- lose some weight
- GROW GROW GROW
- go for walks/run to stay fit
- read more books
- master a few classical pieces on the piano
- let my hair grow
- straighten my hair
- watch some old movies
- shopping
- GO SHOPPING IN THE STATES!!!

- finally have $20 000 saved .. i'm NEARLY there, $19480!! SO CLOSE!! SO CLOSE!! ahhhhhh just a paycheck away .. i just want to make as much money as i can before i quit my job [which i thought i would look forward to .. but now it's kind of painful to realize i'm not going to make that kind of money again for a while =(] YAY 20K!! MADE IT!! =D
- call veterinary hospitals in the city I'm moving to in the fall, to see if I can snag some volunteer opportunities DONE must now mail in resumes
- spend lots and lots of time with my dog
- spend lots of time with my sister and my mom <3
- spend time with my bf, without enraging my parents [no point in pissing them off now when i'm moving out in a month anyway]
- have a super-amazing planted fish tank by the time i leave
- cure the poor eye infection hamster i'm adopting from my work, before i take him home
- go running and get in shape for varsity field hockey
- get a new field hockey stick DONE!
- hang out with my friends [from my old city, the one before this one], and my co-workers, before i leave
- go shopping in TO for a new wardrobe
- get a haircut

Woot!
- Tanning and lounging at the beach/pool/outside
- Have a huge BBQ at my house!
- Casino Royale poker tournament...my friends and I are planning a giant poker tournament with two tables and forcing everyone to dress up in formal clothing...woot!
- Drunken party nights, hellooo
- Work a lot Happy

But it'll be fun
- Volunteer at Adbusters (already started!)
- Go out for gelato
- Watch a Canadians game, or several
- Swim in the ocean and a lake
- Seattle with the boyfriend
- Juan de Fuca with the boyfriend
- Victoria with the boyfriend
- US shopping trip with my girlfriends!
- TOFINOOOO WITH ALL MY FRIENDSSSS
- Clean my room at least once a week!
- Start re-decorating my room and cleaning out the garbage stuff I don't want anymore
- Run 4-6 times a week
- Work out 3-4 times a week
- Yoga at least once a week
- Re-read Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Harry Potter, and Narnia! (why yes, I am a mega dork)

lose 15 pounds
get a haircut
shop way, way too much
put another $500 into savings so i'll have $2000
UNITED NATIONS CAMP!
do two articles for youthink magazine (i have one down, one to go!)

finally... just enjoy my last summer of freedom before a very stressful, looong grade 12 year ahead.

YAY SUMMER!!

-find a new job (top most priority!)
-hang out with friends as much as possible
-get my G2
-record all my volonteer hours from the vet's office
-enjoy my vacation to the max
-visit my aunt's cottage in the Alps
-get a good job shadow placement at camp
-have an awesome time at camp
-earn lots of money
-do a big back to school shopping trip
-buy the Sex and the City movie and watch it a million times!
-and have fun!!!
