I voted for LouLou, because honestly, it's the only of the two that I read.
I don't know much about what Flare has to offer, but I do like flipping through LouLou, seeing if there's clothing I like. Plus, they sometimes have free samples, and they have LouLou Deals... coupons for stores across Canada, and in Toronto!

| I would say Lou Lou if you are looking for a magazine to give you more 'realistic' ideas of style, because like everyone else said, a lot of the stuff in it is much more affordable. Flare is good for runway fashion and such, though, and the stuff in it is much more high end. |
