Weight loss tips:
Don't go on a starvation diet. Why? Number one, it's just plain as heck not good for you. What positives come out of an eating disorder, for example? Sure, you lose weight, but not the right way. Number two, it's a surefire way to lose your metabolism.
A proper diet consists of atleast 1200 calories per day. You need to eat atleast that to get all your nutrients or vitamins.
Find out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). By finding out how many calories you burn a day (add exercise in as well), you can figure out how many calories you should eat to lose weight at a safe, healthy pace.
Remember:
1200 calories a day!
8-10 glasses of water.
Drink your milk!
Take a multivitamin if you feel your diet lacks nutrition.
3500 calories = one pound _________________
