^ 2 floors.
I went on Saturday in the afternoon and it was packed... huge lineups for the change room and at the cash registers. And plenty of fathers and boyfriends sitting on the side, waiting as their daughters and girlfriends shopped around, lol. |

What was the price range for F21 in Toronto? I know that brands tend to mark up quite significantly between American and Canadian prices, but from the feedback here, the prices are still extremely affordable?
And I think F21 do have maybe 2 sales a year. I've seen some sale items in NYC. |

lol guyss!! i hate how everything i want doesn't have my size...i find the stalk of clothing on display is so little...but then again...maybe its cause of the amount of clothing it has...?? =( _________________ GO LEAFS GO '07-'08

Gosh, I love alll their jewelry, too bad that they don't carry the entirety at the Yonge & Dundas location. Hopefully they'll bring in some. |

i was in there on friday and some girl behind me when i was waiting in line for the changeroom was talking on her cell phone saying, "i dont know why forever 21 is so popular and why everyone loves it, its like american stitches" do people think that? id never heard that before. ive had a dress from there that i bought in new york last year, wore it many times and it remained in great condition, not like the poorly sewn and executed clothes that ive bought from stitches in the past _________________ formerly known as rubbersoul |

I realllllly wish I lived in Toronto. All the good stores go there first. The good stores don't even come to wear I live. _________________

^^^No I don't believe that. First of all, the styles of clothing at F21 and Stitches are WAY different. Stitches has more urban wear and plain stuff with logos (like the "Exco" hoodies, sweats, tees/tanks), whereas F21 is definitely filled with more trendy items. Secondly, I find F21's quality MUCH BETTER than Stitches. I've had this black top from F21 which I've had for about 2 years now and it's still in good condition, despite a bit of pilling. And also, the atmosphere and the way the stores are set up is really different. I know for most people that probably seems pointless and doesn't matter, but I think it does. Like if you feel comfortable in a store, you'll spend more time in there, shop around more, and possibly buy more and look forward to coming back to the store. I personally like F21's store layout a lot better because it seems more chic and I like how not everything is crammed so close together, like Stitches. It makes it easier to find a certain item, though I will admit the merchandise is scattered everywhere and quite messy. _________________

^ Yeah, but that's because there is sooo much clothing in the store! I mean, there is such a variety! It cators for a range of different people with different styles, that's what I love about it. And I agree that the setting and environment is important to a store. I love the patterning in the walls and the layout--- and how it's not pitch black like Hollister. And comparing Forever XXI to Stitches is outrageous. Stitiches quality sucks. A tank that I bought there tore the 2nd time wearing it (seriously). I've had a Forever XXI denim skirt which hasn't frayed whatsoever and I'm still wearing it.
But I'm pretty bummed that the prices are so high compared to the online costs. The first time I went to Forever was in West Ed. My skirt online was like $19.80. But I bought it stores for $35.80. :/ |

| damn >.< i saw the prices online too and when i got to the store it was wayyy more expensive, but this is true when it comes to most stores, especially BEBE where the prices are like $20 more than what it should be. |

I didn't think the prices were so bad.
Everything I looked at was like 22.50
and jeans were all less than 30.00
that seems about right _________________ [Veni]..
