Just went on the H&M website and I found something about a new chain of stores they've just opened called COS (Collection of Style) they opened in March in London.
Here's the description of the store from the site:

Looking at the COS site the prices are still pretty high-for example a leather bag is 150 UK pounds, and dresses are around 80 pounds.

i noticed some of the tops are somewhat reasonably priced.. rougly $40 for a sleeveless blousy type shirt? perhaps it's the banana republic to h&m's old navy/gap.
it reminds me a bit of banana and/or jacob. |
