^^ yeah thanks
also, I try to eat a slim fast bar after every full meal I have had. Because those things are intended to be one's whole meal and supress her appitite, but when you eat it afterwards the results are good.
I know how you feel, people always say I'm too skiny which hurts my feelings. I do eat, but my metabolism is so dang fast! I hate especially during my swim season. Because anybody who starts swimming on an intense team looses weight, and keeps it off. It sucks. _________________

| If you're not dangerously skinny, and you think you're still growing, it might not be the best idea to gain weight since when you grow you'll probably fill out and then you'll have all this extra weight. |

^^ That's exactly how I feel! I try to eat soo much, but it just doesn't add up.. Like, people say like, o my gosh, you're so skinny and stuff, but it's not like I can help it. And I think I'm starting to stop growing.. |

Increase the amount of calories you take in per day, but try to increase with healthy foods. Protein is good. Peanut butter all the way. Eat a meal replacement bar with meals. _________________

| Eat more protein and complex carbohydrates. Pasta, whey protein, and protein bars are good because they keep you full and fill you up more and are harder to burn off then simple carbohydrates (like sugar and fruit). |

I've heard Ensure (drink) can help with gaining weight, and it's supposed to have some good nutrients and vitamins and stuff.
Apparently, it's what they give anorexia patients in hospitals in order to get their weight to go up. _________________

I'm still working on gaining weight, but I don't think I've tried really hard. I went a week with eating 3 meals a day plus snacks and a meal replacement bar but it didn't seem to work.
I don't really want to have to eat protein powders/drinks, but I think I might try if it'll really help.
Any suggestions of which ones I should try? _________________

^You can't target a certain spot to gain weight. Your weight goes wherever your body wants it to go. _________________
