er tomorrow shouldnt be as bad, the morning the line was pretty long but throughout the day it was shorter, uh .. the sizes usually are okay but the styles .. their .. not that great, the most i've seen in smalls are the regular wash straight cut habituals some sevens, but those arent that great. iunno if you just want a pair of jeans i guess they're okay, i found a pair of j brands but the ass on them looked stupid like dorinhas .. so no thank you just dig i'm sure you'll find something. as for the line up .. i'd say its like a 10 minute wait or so if your like in the middle of the line during opening, we open at 10 tomorrow so you dont have to wake up as early !

I was very dissapointed, i couldn't sleep until 2:30 and I had to wake up at 4:30
i was exhausted!!!
left empty handed too.
I just picked stuff out for my sister.
I feel like i'm going all shopping depressed
i can never find anything when I go to most places.
I'm never making any money myself either.
please check my list of things for sale too if y'all don't mind, just search my name.
i haven't even gone school supple and clothing shopping yet. eeek!
anyway, aritzia sale stunk.
to that girl who's working there,
are there anymore zip up sweaters that dont' have those buttons and stiched signs?

a black TNA zip up (35)
a purple TNA zip up (35)
a light green TNA tank (10)
a sand colored TNA tank (10)

and two tanks for my sister

it was ok, i went right at 10. the line was pretty quick (like 5 minutes.)
there were mainly all big sizes (like L/XL) but in the fitting rooms there were a lot of smaller clothes!!!

also, I think there were some radio ads on the beat 94.5 around jully about it too.

Trust me everyone, it's not worth it. It maybe a really slack job, but going home at the end of the day with a nose full of dust is NOT fun. And even though you have the first dibs at the sale stuff, there's usually nothing good.

The warehouse is really dusty, by the time your shift ends you wanna do nothing but sneeze. Last year I went home and when I blew my nose, there was dust in my mucus.

I had a pretty slack job, wrapper at cash. Although it did suck when I missed throwing things into the bag and some people didn't get that last item and I had to run out the door to find them and give it back to them. Sometimes it was pretty lame having to walk around nothing much to do, girls that worked in fitting rooms did NOT know how to put things back on to hangers. So word of advice to people who want to apply for the job. Make everyones lives easier. Shirts that will not stay on a hanger (i.e. silk shirts, tank tops, anything that will slip off a normal hanger.) USE A FOAM HANGER (as us Aritzia girls like to call it "foamies"). Pants go on BATT hangers (the black hangers with the clips to hold onto the pants). If you guys just follow the hanger rules, everyone who has to maintain the floors will have a much easier job. It does look good on a resume if you wish to apply in another retail job, just some times its not all that worth it.

^ lol haha i remember foamies... i always had to collect the foamies that somehow fell on the floor and gather them together so i don't have to go looking around for one every time...

^^ I got paid what I was getting paid while working at the Robson Aritzia. I think as a beginner then it should be 9-10 per hour, but everyones only permitted to work 3 days max.

^^ yeah haha you do get paid... i wouldn't work if all i got was first dibs on the clothes...cuz the clothes aren't even all that great haha.... for the amount of work i had to do, dat wouldn't have been enough!!! my job now is so much better in comparison...very relaxing (a little boring tho) and i get paid $10/hour...

^ so how much do you get paid if you weren't a beginner? cuz i worked there for like 3 warehouses i think and during the Christmas seasons...but i still got paid $9/hour ><

^ Yeah its the pre-sale for people who work for Aritzia, people who are going to be working at the warehouse + one close friend of your choice. It's not all that great to begin with because .. it's basically the stuff Aritzia couldn't put out on the floor because of the design, or the design didn't do so well in the store. Stuff like that, but I mean if you really like digging for the good stuff then there were a few pairs of somewhat nice jeans left. Generally I'm not all that hyped up for it, but its a good job, pretty slack.

.. thinking about the sale again. =9

I remember the smaller version of the tna straw-like bags.
where girls just started to stuff clothes in them.
I saw one girl carrying like, six of them. =9

@miscELAINEous: thank goodness you work a maximum of 3. I don't think I could handle all of those mobs of girls, every day.

what do you all think you'd be most interested in buying?

^Hahah I remember that too!
I am interested in buying jeans (they were very cheap last year), cute tops, zip-ups (only $35 last year) and whatever else just so happens to look good!I hope they have Wilfred, Free People, Kensie, and BCBG!

^ Yeah...mostly jeans, cause you can never have too many pairs of those, and staple TNA hoodies (I really like to wear them lounging around the house). Besides that...just things that aren't ugly hahahaha! I'm hoping they'll have lots of Wilfred around, cause that's one of my favourite brands from Aritzia...probably more than half of the stuff I own from there is Wilfred.
