I see this phone around enough to start developing an interest in it. My current cellphone keeps dropping calls, the battery life is dreadful, and it dies randomly (pulling the battery out and putting it back in fixes it)... The sound is pretty bad, too, as in, ringtones. And it takes 12 hours for my friends to recieve text messages. Texting is what I use the most...
I'd like to hear some feedback about the razr. Please tell me about your good and bad experiences, or your verified opinions of others. Of course, every cellphone has it's ups and downs, but people at work tell me that it's not worth it.
I feel slightly tempted to get it, regardless. But if there are enough common problems with this phone, then I'm out. _________________

I've got a Razr, and I love it. I like the quality of downloads from it (screens and tones), and the fact that it also has a handy voice recorder just in case...
The battery life is really good (like, it can last for 3 or 4 days *approx. I think* when kept on), and the text sending/receiving time is almost instantaneous.
The only thing that I find a problem is the reception; It's fine outside, but if I were to use it in a grocery store for example, sometimes my calls get cut off. Then again, that may only have to do with the actual carrier... _________________ I think you're just so pleasant, I would like you for my own... |

Haha yeah, I'm pretty sure it might just be the service. I'm big on the reception aspect of cellphones... I remember at the fireworks display we had last month, I couldn't find my friends, and my cellphone had AWFUL reception there, and it wouldn't even work because it was roaming. Luckily, I found a person I knew who let me borrow their cellphone that actually worked. It was a razr. _________________

| i love my razr. it's very durable and i've had it for about a year and a half now. haha you don't wanna know how many times i've dropped it on the sidewalk, but after all that it still works perfectly fine. good sound and reception on mine, too. i think this phone is worth it, and it's somewhat old now too so it won't be that expensive =) |

I used to hate razrs because of that very reason. They appeal to me a lot now. I suppose I've discarded the idea of everybody having a razr. The krzr seems pretty cool too, but pricey. _________________

ive got one....i got it 2 months ago about and i dont really use it a lot but i like the big color screen, the camera (im not sure if you would use it) is pretty good for a cell phone camera you can do many effects with it which my other phone to moto v220 didnt do so its a plus and you cant really see the camera its kinda hidden. I like how its really thin so it fits easier in my pocket if i put it there and eventhough its a big wide i like how it feels more like a real phone. hope this helps _________________

i love my razr. it's actually really durable, i drop mine like twice a day and it looks as good as new. the reception is good, and the battery life is also great. i think mine has gone around five days from full battery to needing to be charged. _________________

Yeah. Everybody has the RAZR.
I'm getting the KRZR in a month or so (when my current contract runs out and I switch to Rogers). It *is* alot more expensive ($150), but I plan to get the product(RED) edition of the phone - so the price is pretty expected (it's sooo pretty!!!.. and hot ). |

yeah i have the krzr just cuz i wasn't a huge fan of the razr (i don't know about the new ones, but when they first came out i heard a lot of people complain about the sound, i guess the earpiece didn't turn up very loud and it was hard to hear the person you were talking to)
anyway, i love my krzr. sometimes is effs up but i think that happens to every piece of electronic equiptment. i have no complains, so i'm sure the razr would be just as good _________________

| I have the krzr and I love it! <33 I know some people who own a rzr and have complaints about it, like the battery life being short. The krzr's sound is pretty good, sometimes it sounds a little funny and I think the speakers are positioned a little akward on it, but overall I'd say it's good. I bought headphones for the mp3 player and they can also be used for calls. So I find that when I talk to people on the headphones the sound is great. |
