Heyy,
Does anyone have anytips to thin your thighs. Mine are really big and i hate them. It also has to be cost afficiant.

You can't spot lose. You have to exercise and lose weight, but it will not come from your thighs, you'll be losing a little bit where you have the most fat (generally people's stomachs). If your thighs are big because of muscles then there is not much you can do.

ive been doing squats and lunges to tone my thighs..and it works pretty well if you trying to lose fat then do squats and lunges but if you have very muscular thighs then dont do them they will just get bigger so listen to what misally said above that you can spot lose...but you can tone.

I'm not sure about making them thinner but you can definatley tone them, which might actually make them thinner.
It's hard to spot exercise but there are a few exercises targeted towards legs and thights. I thing lunges is probably the best. Squats would probably be good too. Lots of walking and biking should also help.

you can always tone them, but our thighs are where a lot of fat are SUPPOSED to be stored, for us woman, so you can tone the muscle but can't get rid of the fat.

Lunges are good and so is this exercise of lying on your back with your legs in the air, making a V and just keep closing and opening your legs

Although you can't spot reduce, DEFINITELY hit the adductor-abductor machine at the gym if you can! it's FANTASTIC Very Happy

You should try more to tone your legs rather then losing a lot of weightoff of them. Tone them and theyll have the apperance that they are much more firm, and prolly thinner

my friend lost a lot of weight of her thighs, only cause she went to this polish scouts camp. and to get food you ahd to run 1km and such, and it was hardcore excersize and she happened to be sick through all that so she ended up losing weeight. but now she has stretch marks so thats a downside to that

Ohhh man jousy those abductors are AWESOME eh? I saw a difference right away when I first started using them a while back...or maybe that was just me. But they're great.

You can use ones that make you pull your legs together and ones where you have to push them apart and they're great for thighs. (adductors and abductors i'm assuming, it said the name on both but i forget which one's which)

Hmm well the usual:
-squats
-lunges
-running
-dancing

You could also try like an exercise ball workout. They have some really good leg toning exercises like lying on your back and extending your legs to the ceiling and then putting the ball between your feet and squeezing the ball and then relaxing.

There is also holding the ball between ur legs and dropping and catching it with ur legs

i used to have flabby thighs, but its all muscly now. All i did was made it a habit to squeeze my thighs like whenever i'd sit down(sounds weird i know). But now i have stetch marks all over Sad
