Who are your style icons?

3 Rules:
1. These don't necessarily have to be your style inspirations, but merely people (or characters!) whose sense of fashion you've always admired.
2. Post pictures (they're fun!)
3. Under no circumstance are you allowed to post pictures of Audrey Hepburn, for the sole reason being that I already know 95% of y'all look up to her, and the site is already filled with avatars/siggy's with her, and I just really really feel like being a bitch. Happy

i really admire how some girls can match things together and look great..even when they aren't trying hard.

for style i look to girls in my school; not the ones that load themselves up on brands && call it a dayy..im talking about the girls that are able to take some of the latest trends and subtly make it their own and look great.

^Me too. There's this one girl, it's obvious she wears a lot of Guess for some reason but she doesn't look too brand-whorish (except when she lugs aruond her TNA canvas bag... the one that pretty much everyone else has). And this girl who already graduated, omg I LOVED her style... she wore everyyyything perfect, her hair and makeup too. Gah. She was wayzn too but pulled off everything way nicer than I ever did.
But besides school, I just look at Club Monaco's mannequins. Love their stuff. I never find nothing I like in the store. Just can't afford it yet.. lol.

And I look at Japanese magazines, Cancam has THE best style imo, it absolutely NAILS the look I want.
But obviously
1. I don't live in Japan
2. The clothes are ridiculously expensive
3. Well duh

I'm not in love with this dress is particular, but this is typical Cancam summer style.

My look is actually quite similar to Audrey Hepburn's in real life (flat shoes, classic black pieces, etc).

Grace Kelly is another one of my favourites; She even had an Hermes handbag named after her:

Hmm... maybe Vanessa Anne Hudgens or Mischa Barton. I don't really follow celebrity styles. It's usually just what I see from people around me.

I really love Mischa Barton, Nicole Richie, and Lindsay Lohan's street style. They always make chic look so simple. They can throw on anything and make it look fabulous on them. I'll post up some pics later...

Ya, I like Nicole Richie's look with the oversized bags and sunglasses and beads and stuff. I also really like Kate Hudson's look and Reese Witherspoon's.

I really love her outfit here. Its casual, but really pretty.

I absolutely love this look.

i dont even know where i get inspiration from, i just go into stores and find stuff i like and make it my own. i love putting outfits together.

I really love Mischa Barton's, Rachel Bilson's, and Nicole Richie's styles. Also, I think Emma Watson has definitely grown into her own skin and I'm really starting to love her style as well!

i dont really get my sense of style from somebody but some of the celebrity that i love how they dress are : mischa barton, vanessa hudgens, rachel bilson and hilary duff. also lo from laguna and the hills and whitney from the hills have amazing style.

- I really enjoy that layed back cali look in the summer
- but I try to look more sophisticated by fall
- but I also really like the rocker-ish look, band tee's vans off the wall sneaks.

I find Rachel Bilson, Blake Lively and Leighton Meester are good style icons for me
rachel bilson gets all three together
while blake and leighton get the more new york sophistication look.
