I got this recipe from my ex boyfriend's mother, actually. It's really easy and tastes super good so I thought I'd share it with you.
No Bake Cracker Cake
Ingredients:
2 packages of instant pudding (chocolate, vanilla, wtvr you like)
1 big tub of Cool Whip
1 box of crackers (either graham crackers, or unsalted Premium crackers...you know, the square ones that come stacked in that red box)
1 can of pie filling (any flavour you want, but I like cherry)
1. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package.
2. Mix the prepared pudding and all the Cool Whip in a large bowl, and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.
3. In a 9x13 inch pan, alternate layers of the pudding mix with layers of crackers. Start with the pudding mix, and end with the pudding mix.
4. Top with a layer of pie filling.
5. Let stand in fridge overnight and voila! Delicious cake. _________________

Lol...yeah, I'm sure it's pretty damn fattening. But once in a while can't hurt, right? I made it for my bf's birthday and he loved it. _________________
