They have a meal maker and you pick food items that you would normally eat for a meal and it tells you whether it has too many calories or doesnt have enough protein and stuff.

great site, just sign up for free and there are like hundreds of workout videos, even better than sparkpeople (i love sparkpeople for tracking food though it's amazing).
