Acne Scars

I have light acne, but I get a fair amount during my menstration, and when it goes away it sometimes leaves some scars. Well I acually dont know if they are scars, they look like acne spots but they dont stick out, and they stay on my face after the pimple goes away. By the way, I dont pick at my acne. They arent too noticeable, and I do wear foundation so it usually covers them, but I would like to get rid of it. Does anyone know of anything I can do, without doing something serious? Thanks.

Vitamin E products help fade acne scars. The Body Shop has some moisturizers and stuff. I use the Daily Balancing Lotion (something along those lines) by Jamieson, and you can get that at drugstores.

ive heard that vitamin E is good to get rid of scars, i need to find some too because i have almost the same problem with scars on my cheeks.

vitamin e balancing lotion from jamieson is amazing!
i swear by it.
it fades acne scars really well and it's a light moisturizer too that you can wear under make up.

do u pop your pimples?
because sometimes when i do it leaves scars.
does the scar kinda flake?
because for me i just kinda like rip it off >.<

i have a vitamin E serum i got it at London Drugs
it works wondersss
it looks like salmon fish oil Rolling Eyes
