My damn webcam isn't working today! And my makeup actually wasn't that bad!

-Shroom e/s as base
-Crystal Avalanche e/s on browbones & lids
-Parfait Amour e/s on bottom lashline
-with some black e/s smudged with it
-Maybelline Volum' Boost mascara on bottom lashes only
-Smoldering eye kohl on waterline
-Blacktrack fluidline on top part of lid

Here's a few EOTDs from the past. I know they're blurry... I only have a webcam... just imagine them, but a bit clearer. I tried to get angles that showed where the shit was applied, lol.
Be gentle. =] But constructive criticism is SO appreciated. (I'm too scared to post them up on Specktra, since they're all complete pros... aghhh!)

I have to do a "makeup test" if I want to work at a makeup counter, and this test is in a month or less. Shocked

So I'm still practising my ass off!

You look beautiful!!! I was like Specktra, what's that at first. (Spectro-gel maybe haha, thats what first came in mind) So I decided to look it up.

And found the greatest website ever! I love the FOTD or EOTD they have and the tips and everything! Great, now I want even more makeup after seeing some of the collections of the people. Know what? I was looking at this amazing collection, then I realize that the owner is a man, and first thing that comes to thought? "Damn, a man has more makeup than me!" I feel so sexist right now Sad

Anyways.... here was my FOTD:

They have crazy collections, yes... but I'd freak out if I had that much and wasn't a MA. Think of the expiration dates of all of them. Shocked

Played with makeup again, but skipped the skin stuff. Arrrgh, my technique really needs work... =(

My fotd was similar to the last picture I posted, but anyway the eye was just more bronzy because I used the following (the rest of my face was bare):

-Clinique Bronzer [yes! I don't know how to use it properly, so I use it as an eyeshadow lol]
-Too Faced- the lightest shade in the Candy Bars palette (Park Ave Praline)
-Clinique gold shimmer pencil

My coworker's girlfriend who works in makeup gave me some Clinique stuff, I am delighted. =D

Hey lov3ly, since you know a lot about makeup (and because I don't want to start another topic): What MAC eyeshadow shade would look good if I just want something to wear everyday that looks really natural? (I'm NC30 skintone) I'm looking for something apply to my lids or cease. Which do you recommend? Btw, you look so pretty in the picture above! =) I love the natural look.

Lol nineteenlove I actually don't know that much about makeup, let alone what goes well with skintone! Icon_ups

But all I know is that you probably have a cool skintone (I'm an NC15), so I think you can try Vex (my teacher has beigey skin and it looks so nice on her). I don't own that much MAC e/s (I have so much catching up to do hehe) but personally my staple for base colour is Shroom, although I think something like Naked Lunch would be good? My favourite crease/around crease colours are Mulch (although it can be a bit "glam") and Satin Taupe... but really, you should test the colours at the store yourself just to make sure. =P And you should use black in the crease because you can always just apply it really softly, or soften it with lighter colours on top of it. Although some may not agree lol.

I didn't really wear makeup today, so I'll post last night's eyeshadow (the rest of the face is insignificant anyway).

You can't see the green.

-mark. blush in "Kitten Glo" (yes, on eyelids, it works anywhere!)
-the pink side from Too Faced "Steel Magnolias" e/s duo
-Annabelle eye dust in "Cool Mint"
-MAC fluidline in "Blacktrack"
-Red Earth mousse e/s, the turquoise one (haven't used it in sooo long)
