how much does it cost? do you need to book an appointment? if not, do you just ask them?

My consultation was 45$, but then, I got 45$ worth of free makeup! This was at The Bay's MAC counter though, it doesn't apply in the store. I had to book my appointment. Be ready to want a lot more than 45$ worth though, the makeup is really good quality but it's a lot more expensive than drugstore brands. However, quality/price wise, it's one of the best companies.

Call up your The Bay to see if they do the same, because it might just be a special offer at The Bay in Ottawa.

I've gotten consultations at Clinique dozens of times for free. I thought that MAC would be free too,
