ok, does anyone have the same problem as me? They sweat a lot under the pits during gym, or when you're nervous? HELP. How do you stop this? Or make it less noticeable.. It's so embarrassing. Confused Icon_ups

Try a different anti-perspirant. If you only sweat more from running and when you're nervous, you might just need a stronger anti-perspirant.

or if that still doesnt work, buy drysol from shoppers or somewhere like that. but you have to ask for it over the counter and it's around $20, give or take a buck or two. but then you can use it for one year...I use it sometimes and it helps me not sweat as much. it's an extra strong anti-perspirant.

I saw this thing on the ellegirl website.. under the unknown beauty tips thing. Sorry I forgot what it's called but it should still be on the website.

It's a gel you can apply anywhere.

Since this is already the topic of sweat...i won't bother starting a new one. Happy Is there anything I can use to stop sweating on my forehead, neck, and back? Because it's embarrassing in P.E. since I'm really active. =/

You should try these blotting tissues. You can buy them at the body shop and you just wipe them over your face and they take away all the sweat. You can buy ones with powder and fragrance in them too. They are awesome for after PE.

you should talk to your doctor about it. there are a couple options including antipersperants, and then my doctor said something about these injections (for underarms) and there's probably medication you can get too.
