For Christmas I recieved a white henley from A&F which I love and all but it's completely sheer. I was planning on wearing it over tanks, t-shirts etc. yet I don't like how it looks very much because I wasn't expecting the henley to be sheer at all, actually. Anyways, back on topic- I need your guys help on what to wear under it or whatever so it doesn't look completely stupid. Thanks.. any help is very much appreciated. Btw, I hope everyone is having a great holiday! |

^^yea, I have a really low v-neck and I have NO idea what to wear with it. Also, what tops do you wear with skinny jeans? Other than loose tops. _________________

Chelsea: wear a tank underneath like white and/or a color that contrasts it. you can also layer another shirt/henley underneath too. _________________

| You could wear them with a black/white/grey sweater dress type thing and black leggings, if they are the kind that would look with that. Otherwise, what about a v-neck over a long top and dark jeans? |

whooa
Those are some pretty intense shoes. honestly the only thing i can thing of wearing those with is jeans. And if you want to feel special maybe a doo rag, haha just kidding. But yeah I can only think of some jeans. Not skinny jeans though, the shoes would bulk out. |

I just bought a pair of tan boots....(the leather is SO soft!)
Anyways, I want to wear them with skinnies - I have one pair of super dark wash skinnies (they are a dark rinsey blue, almost black - they're paige jeans in dark resin) that look perfect with my new boots, but are there any other washes (or even jean brands) that I can try that will go with my new boots?
(I tried wearing my jeans that have fading/distressing etc. on them, and they looked really crappy with the boots...REALLY crappy, and looked very dated.) Should I keep to super dark washes? (I don't want to wear the same pair of jeans with my boots every single time...lol.)
My boots look like this in colour, except they have a really tiny heel (unlike Lindsay's):
Thanks! |

Ok so now that I've bought my grey ankle boots, I was just wondering...
I saw I could wear it with the mini dress I had gotten a week ag
But now, slight problem:
What do I wear as leggings/tights? What colour? Would it even look good? |

^ Thank you! I'm glad you like my style. Hopefully you'll be able to find something like it. For the boots, both Transit and Aldo have grey ankle ones so even if you don't find these, there might be other ones you could get. I already talked about the dress with Laurenne on Where to Get?
I also thought it would look great without tights or more likely, cause it's winter, just skin colour tights but would it be slutty considering it's like a handspan above my knee?
I'll definitely try it with black tights. I was also thinking of switching the little belt on the dress for a thin black leather one when I put black tights. We'll see. |

Yes. I'm obsessed with that dress.
I thought it would be cute to pair with either leggings or tights. Personally, I would probably wear it with no tights or leggings whasoever... but since you said it's a handspan above your knee, I think it would be best with either.
If you decide to wear leggings/tights, I believe black is the best colour, but depending on the complimentary accessories and such-- that really can differ. |
