Watch out. Don't starve yourself. Healthily, you can lose about 2 pounds a week. Which would mean about 8 pounds by the end of March, but because you are young (faster metabolism), you might be able to lose 10 pounds. To do so:
- Add more exercise into your week.
- Reduce how much you eat of unhealthy foods like fast food, cakes, cookies, ect. You don't need to completely cut them out of your diet, just don't eat them as often as you do now.
- Try to eat more healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables. They'll fill you up more than just chocolate, because you won't have a sugar high and a sugar crash.
Remember, you must have a bit of all the major food groups.
3500 calories less than what you are supposed to have is how much it takes to lose a pound. Just go slowly but surely. If you go on a crash diet, you may lose quickly at first, but you'll gain it all back. |

Also, try to eat 100% whole grain or 100% whole wheat bread and everything else. Dont eat stuff high in saturated fat (less than 5 g) and try to avoid anything with trans fat *this is the dangerous fat that causes cancer and clogged arteries. Also avoid anything that has sugar in the first few ingredients. Glucose, dextrose, fructose, and anything that ends in 'ose' is the same as sugar, so AVOID it. and avoid anything that has unbleached flour in the ingredients. Add exercise slowly by integrating a 30 min jog everyday and then adding more on top of that. Hope I helped. |
