Wasn't quite sure where to put this one.
I was thinking of getting a tattoo last year, but then didn't cause I had to be 16 and was only 15. Anyways, I really want one, but Im not sure what to get. I had drawn a butterfly before and wanted it on my shoulder, but thats just such a cliche. I was thinking of something on my hip-bone, but I dont know what to get. Any ideas or drawing would be awesome. |

I think if you come up with it yourself it would have more meaning, and that's what a tattoo's (should be) about. There's no point in tattooing something meaningful to me on you.
Think about things you like, or a sketch that if you look at it brings back memories. Something like that. |

I'm with missally. If you're unsure of what to get I would wait until you found something meaningful. Don't just get it because you think it's a pretty design-make sure it's important to you.
My friend got 2 tattoos when she was 16 of a tiger and a butterfly just because she liked the design and 3 years later she's already regretting it a bit. |

Yeah make it something meaningful. I have to say that I think words or some sort would be kinda cool, like inspiration things, 'live love laugh' for example or something like that. cause while you love something now, you might not in 10 years. just think of how your interests have changed in the past 10 years! so yes, i like the idea of prettily lettered words. _________________
