I just started a fitness regime where about 4 times a week i run for 10 mins, then about 5 mins of extreme cardio, about 100 crunchies (dont worry i space them out throughout the day) and some other toning stuff like leg lifts for another 5 mins. I know its different for everybody, but how long do you think it will take for me to start noticing a difference? (im average weight right now and a bit toned) thanks! _________________ *parting is such sweet sorrow*

I'd say a week.
I mean, what did you do before for exercise? |

By eating healthy, I mean like eatting veggies, limit sugary foods, try to get in all the food groups. _________________ *parting is such sweet sorrow*

I still say that, if you keep it up... after 1-2 weeks, you'll notice a difference |

| Usually a week to see the first results. Diving into a workout rountine like that is quite straining on your body though. |
