prices are in usd. so its $20 cad shipped.
the polka dot band is 9inches but its a band so it stretches up to 15 inches. bust; pit to pit is 15 inches as well. i'd say this is a true to size s, or possibly medium if you have a smaller bust lmk if you're still interested, thanks
