^ Yeah, apparently there's an Urban Outfitters on Yonge Street. I've never been to it, but you can check out the site she gave us for the address. _________________

i really, really, really can't wait for urban outfitters to come. now i won't have to drive all the way to washington to get stuff!!!
except it's gonna kinda suck that now that it'll be here, everyone will have their clothing and such, but whatever. it's more convenient right? yay |

Not really a fan and Sephora was supposed to come a very long time. They're obviously having some problems!
One thing I did want from urban outfitters was Britney's "little miss sunshine" shirt lol |

| cassie -- they had (I don't know if they still have) the Little Miss Sunshine shirt at Bluenotes! I got it there, quite surprised. |

OMG Bluenotes? LOL!! Well I go to metrotown a couple times a week on the way home from school, I'll just see if they have one.. Yeah I do want that shirt, lol.
I never go into Bluenotes!. In fact, I only spend about 20 minutes at metro..I do tna, aritzia, ZARA (which I'm mildly obsessed with at the moment. They have good tops!)...and then I leave. Oh and I have to get rid of this american eagle giftcard for $50. I think I'll just get some stuff from that Aerie, don't mind that stuff for around the house/PJs/underwear. |

Yah! I was quite surprised too, but I was at Richmond Centre and I saw it on the model thing and I was like omgosh, bluenotes has it!
Is the new TNA store nice? I rarely go to Metro.. |

I hate metrotown, it's like the epitomy of suburbia. The new tna store is cool, I like what they did with it but I dunno, it's kind of a waste of time. I just prefer Aritzia. One thing that I thought was kind of cute though was they had the TNA logo splashed in mini magnets on a good third of the wall by the register and above the racks that have clothes. They're all free, haha so you can just grab some and keep them. :icon_yahoo:
Metro is like..dizzying. All that white, the bright lights, the echnoings sounds. I can't spend too much time in there, but then I also have complaints about Pacific Centre because it's too dark and dungy LOL. Richmond c. got it right with their lighting. |

Well, I guess I won't really be making a special trip to Metro anytime soon!
Btw, I was at Oakridge Aritzia today and they have Little Miss Sunshine tees but from Junkfood for 39 bucks...an alternative if Bluenotes doesn't have them! (Bluenotes sold them for like 15, but it wasn't Junkfood that's why.) |

| AHH ok I thought they were all the same brand. I'd rather have a junkfood one. ACTUALLY, I wanted Britney's LOL, and I think that one is urban outfitters. just based on transport/other stuff I'm not going to metro this week...unless I go tomorrow.. but if i I did, that would mean I was rushing home for my soap opera and no time for the mall LOL!!! |

Did it post an opening date??? I mean you can't avoid everyone having the same thing, but the least you can do is get it first... or before they run out of your size!!!! _________________ shine by design

Oh really? I heard Feb27th before. Has anyone walked past the store downtown to see if they posted a date on it at all?
I really hope the store here is different than the store in Seattle though. When I went yesterday, the bottom floor was half sale stuff and all of the things I REALLY wanted off of the website were nowhere to be found.
I'm totally gonna be there on the opening day even though I just went shopping there on the weekend |

Nope but I heard the store is 3 levels and that the prices are about the same as the states (or at least aren't exorbitantly inflated just because we're across the border).
I might be stopping by on Friday-I'm wondering if there'll even be any stock left by then :S
Oh I also heard that *surprise* it looks exactly like at the US stores (which I sort of guessed already because the UK stores and the Seattle one are designed very very similarly). |

| I went to UO. First level has women's wear and shoes and all that. And second level is men's. Third level is changing rooms. It seems big but it's a mumble-jumble of stuff that is all over the store. It can be hard to find specific items. The shoe wall is in the back with all their branded shoes. The prices are very good. Not an insane mark up at all. Not everything seen online is available. |

I went there today.. there *were* some changerooms in the back on the 1st floor (I'm pretty sure those were changerooms...). Yeah, the prices were surprisingly good. I didn't get a chance to look around very long because my friend whom I was with thought everything in the store was crap and hated it.. Ah well.
I'm definitely going to have to go back sometime soon, though (perhaps with money..? lol)! |

I finally went there today-the store was really busy and it seemed pretty cramped compared to the seattle store, but there was still tons of stock around. There was lots of cute stuff (unfortunately I am sooo broke right now) and like the others said, the markup wasn't bad. The blue polka dot flats I bought for $38US were $44CDN here-not bad at all!!
BTW I didn't see any changerooms on the first floor at all. That's sort of a pain having to go all the way up to try stuff on. Are there lots? I didn't see them-we didn't go past the first floor. |

Did you see any red pants?! I was looking on the Urban Outfitters site and saw a pair of red pants... just wondering if they had them in store.
Thanks. |
