Musical turned movie musical...I'm so excited to watch this. I think it will be as good as GREASE ?

I'm psyched for this. I love musicals (rent, chicago, phantom of the opera) but alas, I never see them on stage as I am broke and very few good shows get put on. So I have to depend on musicals being turned into movies to see them.

I hope they do wicked next. I have the soundtrack and am reading the book, I'd like to see it being performed.

This one looks awesome, though. They really have an all-star cast.

I am SO excited for Hairspray! I saw the original movie (with Ricki Lake) and was dying to see the musical in NYC, but didn't get the chance to.

I am so excited for Hairspray. I love musicals so much and I love the music from Hairspray! Plus Zac Efron is in it, how much better can it get!

which sucks cause shes auditioned for broadway and she has a c.d.(i think) LOL

i saw hairspray the play and i hated it, the singing was the most annoying thing ive ever heard and i thought the plot was stupid.

therefore, i will not go see the movie.

I can't wait! Me and my friends are going to see it together. We've all been waiting for it's release. They have such a jam-packed cast with a lot of great actors!

Definately a summer must-see for me!

my friend went to the premiere last night and she met amanda bynes, zac efron, john travolta, and basically the whole cast and she said the movie was amazing!

^ I saw it yesterday with my mom. It was awsome, I loved it so much. You can't stop smiling during this movie. And the dance numbers were amazing!

lol I acctually loved Amanda Bynes. I thought she was so cute as Penny Pingleton haha

I went and saw it last night. I really liked it. At some parts it seemed a bit too teeny bopper-ish but I still enjoyed it. There were definatly some really funny parts.

i LOVED IT ! nikki did GREAT as tracey
shes so cute. i loved her "i can hear the bells" she was great.
zac was such a cutie. and penny+seaweed just made me kept giggling.
i couldnt stop smiling during the movie. defiantnely a must-see for everyone!

i saw it yesterday and i thought it was amazing!! the dance and songs were great during the movie i actually wanted to get up and start dancing cause i was soo happy, i love penny and seaweed too they are soo cute. I loved all the characters except for the TV manager...michelle phiffer's character i forget her name, she got me mad

Yay I finally saw it today! It was AMAZING! The dancing and the music just made me feel so happy and it made me wanna dance in my seat lol. And I thought John Travolta as Edna was great, he was hilarious!

I watched this last Friday, it was SO MUCH FUN! Loooved it. The whole movie just made me want to take dance lessons and run in the streets and sing and dance! Plus, James Marsden was pretty dreamy Happy

at first i thought it would just be plain tacky, but when i watched it. it wasnt all that bad ! i thought zac efron would have had a bigger role in the movie but he didnt, that was a shocker. loved the point of it though, was a pretty good movie none the less Very Happy
