So I need help as soon as possible.
Im going to Osoyoos and Whistler this summer,
so that means a lot of swimming.
I just got a new bathing suit.
One of my first bikinis ever.
But, Im extremely self -concious.
So I want to know if theres a way to lose from 5-6 inches,
off my stomach in 26 days?
And I mean things I can do at home that are easy.
Because Im really busy,
But I need a lot of help.
Any replies would be really good.

5-6 inches is quite a bit to lose in such a short time. I think if you exercise rigorously you should be able to lose 2-3 inches.

I don't suggest going on a crash diet although a high-protein-low-carb diet is said to be effective in quick weight loss.

try to embrace your body and for the calorie info she gave you its not a good idea.... calories are energy!!! dont cut down on them your body NEEDS them to keep going do some sit ups or crunches it will tighten you stomach area
