I just hate how the old fashion 18 is so dead now.. its filled with advertisements and spams... and seems like no one is doing anything about it... that place is nothing like how it used to be a year ago. and I understand that everyone is busy with work and school and have no time to go online... but still...
and also, I like the new layout/background here. but its just so hard to read stuff! and this place is also slowly shutting down!

I guess it's because the members from the very beginning are older now and they are busy~ but yeah I know what you mean. I remember when the makeup room was filled with people talking about the newest thing, and there would always be a topic for every new MAC product out :3 lol.

I do this it's past its prime though, but i'll still go on it xD because it's where I need to turn to for unbiased advice on everything!! : P so yeahs...

None of the admin go on the old one anymore since it was supposed to but shut down a while ago. And so Jousy came to the rescue and made this one for then it did shut down. But it never did but most people transferred to this one anyway.
I have noticed that there are less posts on here as well but like ^ mentioned, a lot of people who originally came on a lot have grown up and have a lot less time.

This forum isn't as "alive" as it was in December 2006, but it's still active and I still love it. I go on the old F18 once a week because it's so... blehhh. It's so much more organized and attractive here.
Hah I've been on the old F18 since April 2005 so I guess it had to end sometime. =P

I hate the old F18 now. This one is way better, and the other one has so much spam. I haven't been on it for prob a month now. It feels like on this one, everyone actually gets to know each other.

^^I might actually slowly be drifting from it, but I've never been apart of it (only a spectator, really on the old one) It must be because I'm getting older or maybe because I have a friend that I'm closer with that I get to talk to. I don't know. You guys (even though we've never met) are like my best friends. Maybe because I talk alot on paper, but not out-loud.

I've been here since Sept 2003! So...wow that's 4 years now. But I think all the people who joined with me are gone now :S (I'm not sure if this is a good thing that I've stuck around or sad meaning I have too much time on my hands? I think it's a bit of both haha)
I do miss the old f18, but I do think I like this one better. I like having a small community again where most of us know each other.

Plus I have to admit I was getting sick of all the "look at all the TNA/Juicy/etc I own" and similar posts (you all know the kind I'm talking about) that were on the old f18.

I was actually really confused when it was shutting down
when people had little advertisements for the new f18, I thought it was just spam.
and when it started to die down, I just didn't go on
I tried joining this one, but not until this past summer
because I had no idea what to write when it said to write nospam.
I just thought you had to know some code to enter.

Yeahh, i moved last year to Europe.. and i didn't use internet for like practically a year. And then when I came back there (on the old fashion18) it was like all full of advertisements, and no one was there.. soo i was upset.
Then I posted a comment on the "Site Questions/Comments" and then luckily st3ph answeredd and told me about this new f18 site. I lovee itt Happy

. But I really miss the old f18 and the old members. They were sooo amazingg. But I noticed some of the old members are heree againn!!! And I just hope no one ever leaves this site.. Cause everytime I'm on f18 it gives me the feeling that I'm like back in Canada. Very Happy
